I have been to this place a few times now and every time I've been the staff has been welcoming and attentive to my table, even on a extremely busy Friday night. The food is amazing. I really enjoy the beef enchiladas with rice and beans. The red sauce on the enchiladas is perfection. They also have really yummy salsa and queso dip. I absolutely love this restaurant. Me and my family go here all the time and I usually get a steak chimichanga but yesterday I decided to get beef nachos. I was eating my leftovers today and noticed what appears to be raw beef in the nachos. I am very disappointed by this.
There are only two Mexican restaurants I visit and that is Guadalajara and Casa Santiago Casa Santiago is by far the best, but Guadalajara is cheaper and almost as good One is in Decatur cass Santiago and the other is in south Huntsville Guadalajara
