love CHICKFILA best service quick an on my way to work
Myself and others were ignored at the counter while the employees were occupied with something on their phone. I finally had to speak up after several minutes and was treated as an intrusion into whatever they were doing. PLUS, my order took around 45 min to complete with no explanation. The mgr knew I was upset but she never approached me to apologize or explain or to find out why I was upset. We ordered two salads, a kids meal, and a chic fil a deluxe meal. We received the fries and drink for the deluxe meal but not the sandwich. I called the SW store in Decatur on 3/5/24 and spoke with the manager on duty at 7:45pm who did not give me her name. I did not receive an apology. All she said was to have a good night. Wow.
