Its usually pretty good but went today, the speaker box was out and had a sign saying that you could pull up to the window or come inside. Shuffle up to the window there's a truck in front of me I sit there and wait for probably 10 15 minutes, then decide to go inside and Order. Get to my job and realize they didnt put my 2 sauces in the bag 🙄
I work at the O'Reilly right beside them, I ordered the same thing last night and today on my lunch, the first time they didn't even make the order just threw the ingredients in a bag for me to make, but today did it again and didn't even bother to give me pickles… corpseate wya? Imma be getting either my money worth or food worth but don't come here they don't even bother to make it
I just left the Decatur store. Customer service first of all from a manager and a staff. Member was horrible. I asked for the hot wings to be cooked fresh. I was willing to wait. The manager told me they was coming up fresh. Which wasn’t the problem I wanted them cook fresh Because that’s what they always say . Nothing is ever fresh in there.
