“2/24/2024 After waiting patiently for a table and then another 40 minutes on our food, the food was wonderful, cooked exactly the way we ordered. I understand it was a Saturday night, but we were there at 5pm. Then waitress kept coming and just standing looking at us, she would take empty plates and glasses, that part was ok too. but when she came back after we paid and insinuated, we needed to leave because we had been sitting there an hour and that was long enough. I told her we were still eating and trying to enjoy the drinks we ordered. We had only gotten our food 2o minutes prior to this. needless to say, we hurried and finished so we could give up those 2 precious spots. Probably won't go back and if I do it won't be for a 1st date like that was.“

“I just returned from having Sunday lunch with a group of 10 at your location.The five men sat at one table and the ladies at another. Even though their orders were taken first, our food came first by about 45 minutes or longer. The waitress went to the ladies table and asked were they ready for their tickets like the restaurant needed the table. Somewhere along the line their order did not make it to the kitchen. Thirty minutes later the ladies were served and the men had to sit and wait for them. We were all given a discount on our tickets and that was appreciated but no one ever said they were sorry. That would have gone a long way. Everyone makes mistakes, even restaurants, but an apology . That would have been nice.“

“Logan is great place for family gathering of 7 or more with consistent dishes and service. AJ the bar tender was pulling double duty also as a server and was great with our party of 7. My wife, family friend and I had the ribeye with baked potatoes and salad. Perfectly prepared and served

“We rented the party room at JW Steakhouse May 3,2025 for our 40th class reunion and it was 10/10. The food was great and the service was fantastic. Didn't have to wait long on our food and the waitress kept our drinks full. Very nice staff and would recommend this Steakhouse for your special events.“

“Even with how difficult it is to get this locations business, food was still good. Meat was a bit undercooked this time, though. Need to update the website where you can't order pick up after so late if they close the lobby an hour and a half prior for pick ups.Update. Still have issues many months later, just placing an order. This time, 2 hours before close. Phone line busy for all attempted calls. Online ordering is impossible because it's always shut off. Get your team help or something. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat payday.I've been successful twice in 2023 to get an order placed.“
