Subway in Decatur

“Nice staff. Our sandwiches were good. The only problem is the price point. Subway is supposed to be a healthier alternative for quickly feeding your family but when you walk out $50 lighter.... I didn't even buy chips and only 1 drink.“

“This is my first time getting subway since we have been in this city. We were waited on by a young lady who I think name was Shaniya or a similar name —I didn’t get to write it down so I’m guessing here— and it was on 07-12-2024 around 6pm- 6:30. She was very patient with my husband, who may I add, tends to speak low when he is talking. She never once seemed agitated or annoyed. I wanted to leave her a large tip but I was not paying attention to my order and realized my ticket was under $10. So instead of doing a personalized tip I just hit 20%. Her tip was not nearly enough to me and I will probably stop by and give her another tip this week if she’s at work.
A worker who has patience in the fast food industry is refreshing and a lot of times unseen. I just wanted to say to that young lady that often times customer service plays a major role on your decision to return. I will also add that the food was delicious.“

“Each time I've visited this location they've always had plenty of help behind the counter. That's great, because they get some long lines! I think the word is out that this is the location to go to.I always get different sandwiches and I'm never disappointed. The servers are friendly, prompt, and thorough. I appreciate the way they accommodate my "need" to have mayo on the bread first (I know, it's not the way they do things, but they do it for me). I appreciate getting good value for my money and I get it here.The tables and floors are generally very clean; maybe a crumb or two here or there, but nothing messy or trashy. Even the soda fountain works well and the Coke tastes like Coke (not watered down "cola"). A+!“
