Subway in Huntsville

“Stopped in for lunch on Sunday afternoon and wanted to leave a review because the team working during that shift did a great job. The restaurant was clean, the ingredients looked fresh, and my order was made quickly and exactly how I asked for it.

What stood out most was how smoothly everything was running. The employees were friendly, stayed busy, and seemed to work well together. You could tell there was good leadership on duty during that time because the whole place felt organized and well-managed.

Fast food can be hit or miss these days, but my experience on Sunday afternoon was genuinely a good one. Credit to whoever was running the shift and the team working with them. Keep it up.“

“Above and beyond customer care. Ordered 2 veggie sandwiches online with marinara sauce. I came to the store and the lady told me she did not put marinara sauce in the sandwiches since it has meatballs dipped into it, therefore making the marinara sauce not vegetarian. It was very smart and considerate of her to realize my sandwiches were vegetarian and I had selected a part that would make it not vegetarian. This was true customer care, thank you.“

“My family has eaten there almost every Tuesday at this location and the old one across the street for years now. The staff is always friendly and does a great job of getting the customers thru so the wait is never long. Nick the manager is always pleasant. Plus this Subway accepts the corporate coupons that a few Subways don't seem to be honoring anymore.“

“Although I haven't been there much lately ,this is by far the best Subway restaurant I have been to. It's close to home maybe a 1/4 mile away. Got turned off from Subway on Martin Road behind the airport in Madison as a complete rip off but as close to work but another story as don't like being ripped off as not running a charity here. One off of Drake and the parkway kind of skipped and asked for tips .Either way the South parkway Subway loaded my sandwich down and I didn't starve to death like some of the others. This Subway is the best, as not running a charity here. They are honest, give you what you pay for and respect you. It's hard to eat under the current administration, but this Subway always makes the subs like on the commercials or atleast close, most don't and rip you off. Ran by good people who probably need business but do the right thing and don't rip you off like the other Subways I have visited. I love this place, you get what you pay for here!!“

“The ABSOLUTE BEST Subway in Huntsville! Nice decor, clean throughout, food great! But the greatest thing about this Subway, is the people!!! Well trained, they give great suggestions, willing to help but most of all, they greet you with a big smile and are so pleasant! I am gluten sensitive and can't do a lot of bread, but this is my go to for all things veggie! A salad, wrap or sandwich (I just leave the bread)!“

“We go to this subway over others bc the workers have been consistently good natured, and cooperative with our requests to add extra veggies, etc. and don’t make us feel like they are trying to skimp on quantities like the one on South Parkway.“

“I know Subway is about eating fresh but I've found that in most Subway's this isn't true. But,this Subway is the absolute freshest and tastiest I've ever been to! I was impressed with the entire experience. Very clean and the employees were nice and seemed to enjoy their jobs (now days most employees act like they are carrying out a prison sentence and not getting paid even when they are).“

Two days ago, I was in the Sparkman Drive Walmart briefly, and on the way out, I noticed a Subway restaurant. Since it was an extremely hot day, I immediately remembered that Subway sells "Icees." So, I stopped inside and purchased one.

What a great way for a quick cool down on a hot day!

“I went to this Subway a few days ago and bought my favorite tuna fish LOL I love their tuna fish they was nice and courteous courtesy goes a long way with me for my money because I work hard for it and I'm careful where I spend it no courtesy is a turnoff for me“

“Simple miscommunication on my original order resulted in me making a second transaction for my combo meal. However, as we were enjoying our meal, the cashier came to my table with my change because he realized I had overpaid/was overcharged. Thanks for the honesty and taking care of your customers!“

“Had a great experience at this Subway! The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared just the way I wanted. I was especially impressed by the one Indian lady working there. She was managing everything on her own—taking orders, making sandwiches, and helping every customer with a smile. Even though she was busy, she stayed friendly, patient, and efficient. She deserves recognition for her hard work and excellent customer service. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience!“

“The sandwiches were amazing first time at that location and they didn’t disappoint at all.

Vegetarian options: All the veggies you can eat!

Parking: A number of parking not far to walk at all.

Kid-friendliness: Yes they were very sweet to my granddaughter, when she ordered her sub.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 entrances which I didn’t realize! Nice!“
