The service was bad, barely put any cheese on my sandwich and when my sandwich came out the oven they left it sitting and didn’t care to come add the rest of my toppings to my sandwich.
I've stopped in here a couple of times, and the service is ok, However, today I ordered a sandwich [foot long Italian BMT ( this is my go-to - order - the same sandwich I order ALL THE TIME - except the 6" version)] via the mobile app. I ordered double meat and a melt (3x's the cheese). In the order I stated, "cut it in fourths and ensure it's toasted well." I stopped by and grabbed it. When the guy handed it to me, I knew it wasn't heated - it was cold.
