“I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE SINCE I WAS LITTLE WITH MY FAMILY. THEN I HAD A DAUGHTER WHO I TOOK FROM TODDLER TIL NOW AT THE AGE OF 23, OF COURSE WHITNEY MISSES THIS PLACE SINCE SHE IS IN BOSTON MA, WE LOVE SEEING THE LADIES. THE FOOD IS GREAT EVERYSINGLE TIME - JUST MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH.“

“We went to this Five Guys after visiting the butterfly feeding experience at Dothan Botanical Gardens, and it did not disappoint. The kids enjoyed hot dogs, fries, and a cheeseburger, while I had a small cheeseburger and my husband chose the little bacon cheeseburger. Everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared quickly, making it a great choice for a relaxed weekend family meal.“

“This was a first for me and my family. We all enjoyed out food, the burgers are 🤌💯 the only reason that the atmosphere gets a lower score is bc this place is always so full of people (hence why it took so long to actually go.) We didnt eat inside, there's a drive thru, but there was still a little bit of a wait because of it being packed.“

“DQ has gotten a bad rap on the internet and not to say some DQ, maybe as the internet suggests . To be fair, the DQ I went and go to has a good rating for the health department, and it's clean. Even in the lunch rush, I was impressed and will return.“

“I came here from Milwaukee , Wi to Dothan , AL to visit a friend , I was staying at hotel nearby and I had a wonderful server, I don’t remember her name but she has her ponytail braided . The food was good . I am original from Panola , Al but I came to visit this state for the first time .“

“I have to say when everyone else has gotten more expensive and the quality has gone downhill, checkers never ceases to amaze me on how they continue to give you the best value and more food than any other fast food restaurant! This is my favorite go to late night when I have to grab something quick and don’t have time to make anything. For under $10 you can get a combo Meal with a two sandwiches and actually get full compared to McDonald’s two small cheeseburgers for over $10 and it’s not even good. The staff is always super friendly and super quick with getting everything out. Never a long wait and they’re always very helpful. Whether I’m there to pick up somebody else’s order or getting my own.“

“I try and stop in a couple times a week and I have always had great service and warm fresh good and some ice cream to top it off.
Yea I recomend them for a quick fresh lunch or fast bite to eat.

“Thanksgiving evening the guy bearded ..cool star wars shirt is fabulous also his young assistant young blond boy very polite they made my Thanksgiving JD can be proud these guys are his I think the dark haired bearded one works in the AM they deserve an A+++“

“I placed an order on the app, and then called to let them know I'm 2 minutes away, so please set it aside.
When I get there, there are 6 people at the counter, and all of them seemed confused about my order. I believe they ended up giving it away to someone else, so I waited for them to make the breakfast meal again for me.

The staff seemed nice and professional, the food was good, and the store looked clean and kept up.

However, the bathroom was horrible. The soap was nearly empty, the floors were icky, and both toilets were disgusting.“

“I would rate Checker's eastside on Ross clark cr Dothan Al. a 5 in all categories.The best mushroom Swiss burger in town. Ordering on the app was so easy and service was exceptional. Very friendly staff with a smile. Will be going again.Thank you“

“Checkers dosnt get enough credit. From my experiences they are always friendly, always insures the speed of service, and quality of order. Food is always hot and fresh. The absolute best thing on the menu is the fry breaded mozzerella sticks. Man are they good. But the chicken bacon mother cruncher is also a favorite.“

“I love this location especially for breakfast. I had an initial problem by receiving the wrong order by accident. When I called to rectify the situation, they were already aware of the mistake. Lakaila is a great server, Celeste was amazing she handled me with care and was apologetic. They fixed the problem and that made me and my unborn child very happy“

“I come to this McDonald's daily (normally around 7:30 am) for breakfast and have never had a problem until today (I came at 9:45, different crew). I placed my usual order and waited. Upon receiving my order my iced coffee was missing the Carmel so I asked for Carmel to be added. The lady (and I use that term lossely) said I put the Carmel in there (it was quite bitter with no Carmel taste at all) and made an ugly face at me. I then told the server at the front counter that they could throw the drink in the garbage as there was no way that I would drink it. The manager came out and offered a refund which I refused. Then the server came out and apologized which she had nothing to be sorry about. She said she had to tell the manager because she didn't want her face messed up (she was an older lady). Sad that she has to be scared of a co-worker. I decided to leave without eating anything.“

“Joe got things straightened out when he is managing no hassle he deserves A plus...I go there quite a bit convenient safer than a lot of other Dothan locations Temperature better he makes sure everything is hot and cooked thoroughly also whatever you order comes to you all at once also notice very few drive thru problems he's a hustler keeps em in line and no southern bullshit which is very common at businesses in Dothan! Just don't wear him out!“

“I don’t ever eat at McDonald’s, I think their food is trash. That’s the reason I gave the food rating three stars but these past few months, I’ve been doing DoorDash. I have recently gotten a couple things myself, when I didn’t have time for anything else. I do have to say that the service has been impeccable and very fast no matter how long of a wait it was. Whether it was waiting for a customers order or my own, they have been very accommodating and a better experience than I’ve definitely had in the past. I personally am not a fan of McDonald’s. Especially with how small and lesser quality their food has gotten, I mean sorry products. You can’t call that food with all the chemicals and buy products. If I was going to spend $10 ever again for two small cheeseburgers and french fries, I’m going into a restaurant and sitting down. Or just going to make it myself.With all of that said, I at least wanted to give the employees their props when they are due and as always tell people not to eat McDonald’s in the first place lol“
