“We were on our way back to Kentucky from Florida and wanted to stop and get breakfast. We were searching for places and Rays popped up. So glad we stopped. Southern charm was on point. Nancy was our waitress and she was awesome. Food was great! The prices were great too! Made us feel at home. Next time we come thru we will be stopping by again.“

“I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Applebee’s.
One thing I have decided, work ethics and proper management are not as important as it once was. Many people are “flying by the seat of their pants” because they have been forced into positions they’ve no idea how to operate because of the lack of staff and support. Saying that, there are exceptions.
The server was great and very considerate. I was grateful she shared that the place was understaffed and there could be a longer wait time. She was very busy running the floor and door, but she was doing her best. I understood the situation and knew she couldn’t handle frequent rounds to the tables.
Oftentimes, that info is not disclosed and the attitudes and actions of the servers are horrible, resulting in “hangry” patrons and empty tables.
I did stay and my meal was served just as quick as any other time. And quite delicious I’d say. I’ll have another late night visit to Applebee’s!“

“Shay greeted me as I walked in. Said she'd be right with me. She took my order, got my coffee and called out to the cooks. Less than 5 minutes later my order was hot and fresh in front of me. Fastest and best service Ive recieved in a long time! Everyone was pleasant, laughing and customers were visibly happy. I mentioned the appalling lack of service from the Main st. Location on 84 minutes before I came in to her location..and she was most interested . After asking some questions, she told me that store was one of her charges. It pays to be NICE to your customers, regardless of your feelings of the moment. At least acknowledge them and be courteous. Thanks Shay and April!“

“They have some of the best servers and cooks in the Houston County area. We all know Waffle House, in general, has some kind of reputation but I love the workers here. Chelsea, Dezmond, Blake, Lindsey, AJ, and few others make coming here worth it. I’d travel across the entire town just to eat here. They know their customers. They live the meaning of customer service. My only problem with Waffle House is they need to put all the menu items on the website to order since they don’t want us to call in orders anymore. Other than that, I LOVE IT HERE!“

“I was waited on within a minute of entering and my food was out within five minutes. Two other customers came in while I was eating and they were given the same service. My food was delicious and accurate to what I ordered. I had my grandchildren with us and everything was great. The bathroom was clean. The restaurant was clean and organized. Good ?“

“New waffle house only stopped by twice. Second time they forgot my mushrooms but were amazingly friendly and polite even when I mentioned that I couldn't confirm that the mistake was on my end or theirs. Joshua and the others there are awesome, friendly, and the food and customer service were great! Good start for their new location!“

“This restaurant has gone down hill. It’s so scruffy, shabby and everything is worn out. Your feet stick to the floors in the bathroom. The carpet is dirty. The food has used to be delicious but the last two times the food is unrecognizable from a few months ago. Dry fish, dry coleslaw, fish and chips fry. Baked potato hard. It’s such a shame“
