“We were on our way back to Kentucky from Florida and wanted to stop and get breakfast. We were searching for places and Rays popped up. So glad we stopped. Southern charm was on point. Nancy was our waitress and she was awesome. Food was great! The prices were great too! Made us feel at home. Next time we come thru we will be stopping by again.“

“we were looking for a quick bite before leaving Dothan (headed home from PCB to North Ga) we popped over to Dawgz n Thangs and Mike hooked us up with delicious smoked chicken and jalapeño nachos and a smoked hotdog. Absolutely delicious. Doritos in the nachos and plenty of queso, but man that chicken was on point. I could eat a to-go box of just that. if you're in Dothan, stop by the Rural King on Reeves St. and look for the black food truck parked up front. 11 out of 10 best road trip snack stop I've had in a very long time.“

“Shay greeted me as I walked in. Said she'd be right with me. She took my order, got my coffee and called out to the cooks. Less than 5 minutes later my order was hot and fresh in front of me. Fastest and best service Ive recieved in a long time! Everyone was pleasant, laughing and customers were visibly happy. I mentioned the appalling lack of service from the Main st. Location on 84 minutes before I came in to her location..and she was most interested . After asking some questions, she told me that store was one of her charges. It pays to be NICE to your customers, regardless of your feelings of the moment. At least acknowledge them and be courteous. Thanks Shay and April!“

“I placed my order on their website. Their site was quick and easy to navigate through to place my order. It was super convenient to take this option and wait in the comfort of my own home till the order was ready to pick up. Once I got there I noticed the place was packed with customers eating. All the employees were hard at work Taking care of their customers. Very nice and friendly staff that made the pick up quick. Will be using their website to order take out from now on ?.“

“Let me start out by saying that I’ve read the one star reviews. With a few exceptions, I think they’re being a bit dramatic. This an Applebees in Dothan, Alabama people. Not a Michelin star restaurant in Paris.
The service was great. The food was pretty fair, not bad.
Our family of five went for lunch. My wife & I got the all you can eat shrimp, boneless wings, and rib cutlets. The kids ordered from the kids menu. Our orders were taken quickly, drinks & refills were prompt, and the food was cooked thoroughly, and delivered in a timely manner. Everything was reasonable. With a total ticket being about $55, not too bad I think. Only critique is the cleanliness could be improved of the facility & restroom.“

“Yes, a Waffle House that gets 5 stars ! Because of the service... a smile & welcome shout out when ya walk in the door. Hats off to Chelsie. She had a few booths and the lower bar. She worked hard for those tips !!! >FYI> if your waitress gets ur food right, delivers food hot, refills your coffee/drink, TIP WELL !!!!! Oh, and if the cook did a good job, let 'em know too.“

“I was waited on within a minute of entering and my food was out within five minutes. Two other customers came in while I was eating and they were given the same service. My food was delicious and accurate to what I ordered. I had my grandchildren with us and everything was great. The bathroom was clean. The restaurant was clean and organized. Good ?“

“New waffle house only stopped by twice. Second time they forgot my mushrooms but were amazingly friendly and polite even when I mentioned that I couldn't confirm that the mistake was on my end or theirs. Joshua and the others there are awesome, friendly, and the food and customer service were great! Good start for their new location!“

“This restaurant has gone down hill. It’s so scruffy, shabby and everything is worn out. Your feet stick to the floors in the bathroom. The carpet is dirty. The food has used to be delicious but the last two times the food is unrecognizable from a few months ago. Dry fish, dry coleslaw, fish and chips fry. Baked potato hard. It’s such a shame“
