Cook Out offers food that is fantastic, great, delicious, and decent at a reasonable price with fantastic portion sizes. The flavor is generally on point. Service is prompt, very friendly, and efficient with smooth run times, often getting orders done in less than two minutes. The double drive-through is noted as making sense. However, experiences can be hit or miss. There have been issues with order accuracy, such as receiving a double hamburger instead of a double bacon cheese burger or fries with very little seasoning. The parking lot and dine-in areas are described as horrendous, with not enough space for people to sit down. Despite some inconsistencies, many find it a great stop, especially for travelers, and would recommend it for the price and generally great customer service.
