Definitely beats KFC and Pop eye'sKid-friendliness: Kids will love the menu, if we had Zaxby's where I come from when my kids were little, they would've lived off Zaxby's, ya can't go wrong with chicken strips and fries for the kids

It’s good, but they are CONSTANTLY moving you to wait at the side, even if there are no customers. I know this is done in an effort to keep their drive through times down, probably so corporate won’t fuss at them, but at a chicken restaurant there is no reason you should be waiting for ten plus minutes.
