This place is always good but the reason I'm giving it 3 stars because I felt like they didn't have enough food for our table cause the were giving us little servings then would come back and give each one a little more then by time we got the rice finally we was waiting on the rest well if we would not have ate the rice or would have been freezing cold needless to say the man was so slow we are our food one thing at a time the rice first then the veggies then finally the meet...read full review
First time going here and will be back every time on our future travels!!! So spectacular!! Best we’ve ever had!! Friendly staff and great ambiance. Chef’s creations were works of art and utterly delicious. If u like Sashimi/Sushi, you must try Mikata- you won’t regret it!!!

So glad I decided to try this place. Walked through the door and was immediately greeted and seated. Staff was overly kind. Got the chicken teriyaki and it was fantastic! Chicken was super tender, veggies and fried rice were on point. Hard to find good hibachi back home, so I was fortunate to have this place close to the hotel. Best part about my visit to Dothan!
