Waffle House in Dothan

“Waffle house has been around forever so you tend to drive by it looking for something new or different as a choice. Well my friends I’m getting old and trying to relive memories when life just seemed less complicated and you got what you paid for.

I just had the All-star breakfast at Waffle House and it put a big smile on my face and made my belly very happy. Eggs, bacon and waffle cooked exactly as I requested and truss me, I’m picky just ask my wife. I added grits and they were good too. Jamie was my server and she very very pleasant and had no problem filling my coffee cup at least 10 times. Yep, they have great coffee. If I were dying and this was my last breakfast I would be fully satisfied and ready to meet my maker, so if your looking for a good place for a good old fashioned breakfast definitely pay them a visit and take of your server. These are tough times for everyone.“

“Came in at 2am and I was greeted by Shay and Kaylee (hopefully that’s the correct names lol) they were both so nice. The restaurant was really clean and the food was cooked perfectly. Thankyou for making my night after a long day at work. You are appreciated.“

“I guess we got there at change of shift and was ignored for over 15 min. We finally had to call out for help and a couple said... I'm off the clock out completely ignored. After the next crew figured out what was going on the service wasn't bad.“

“Great customer service! Good food, just like I expect. I love finding a Waffle House when I'm traveling because I know i can always get a good meal. I ordered the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Hashbrown Bowl and Coffee. Just as good as every other place I've ordered. This location is highly recommended!“

“You shouldn’t work in food service if you don’t have the personality of a people person. This young lady gave the impression that was the last place she wanted to be and didn’t have a problem letting the customers know this. Thankfully the other server was just the opposite. She was very pleasant. Apologized more than once for her coworker. We were a group of 10. She cleaned off two tables and a section of the bar. None of these were in her section. They belonged to the personality of a rock server. Over the course the hour and a half we were there the nice pleasant lady was all over the place all the while personally of a rock would just stand around with her nose in her phone, looking up only to roll her eyes at what was going on around her. The one time we watched her actually do some work, she did not bother to wash her hands went from being on phone, whipped her nose with her hand and immediately started handling/ preparing the food. The nice pleasant lady’s name is Shasta. Lots of cudos to her. She did an awesome job. Kenna the one with the personality of a rock and not good hygiene for being around food.“
