“My husband is a long distance truck driver so I have been to many waffle house locations across the USA. This one in Defuniak was fabulous. Friendly staff and great food. I have heard people refer to this chain as the awful waffle and some locations I agree deserve the title but not this one on Defuniak!! A++++“
“This location by far stood out amongst the rest. Best waffle house i have been to across the southeast, being that i travel for work. To start the facility was super clean which is always nice. BUT what stood out was Mr. Brayden... his professionalism and customer service was unlike ive ever seen at a waffle house. It was almost 2AM and he made me and my family feel welcomed the moment we walked in. Super attentive to what we wanted and got us our food quickly packed up and ready to go. 5 stars hands down to Brayden and whoever cooked our food. I want to personally thank then both for their service and how they treated me and my family. Thank you for everything“
