“We got in a bind on a field trip. We accidentally ordered our pizza from another Papa John’s on the wrong day. The other PJ would not even attempt to let us order pizzas for the right day. We called the PJ in Fairhope, and Beth Brooke accommodated us, made our pizzas in only 40 minutes, and made sure to give us the same deal! AMAZING customer service and the pizzas were delicious.“

“This is a friendly, relaxing place with amazing food. My wife said the caramelized Brussel spouts were the best she has ever eaten. And she like Brussel spouts. The seared salmon was phenomenol! A defite 'must do!' The chicken salad sandwich was good but recommend ordering something else.“

Of the chain pizza restaurants in town this one is my favorite. Everything has tasted great and the value / discounts on offer are excellent.“

“Pretty good food, if the chef is there. The manager doesn't seem to care if the place is tidy, so the floor collects ballpoint pens, napkin bits, huge crumbs--- and the staff just walks over it. When I mentioned this to the site manager, he said they don't want to sweep while customers are there, so they just let it go. However, there were no customers there the last time we walked in at 2:00. Not a soul. And the floor was a mess. A simple "long mop," swished once along that floor, would've done the job in quiet moments. Please, Daniel, you're such a nice guy. Keep the floor clean.“
