Poke bowl sushi burrito & boba

Excellent customer service. The owner remember my name and asks if I will have the usual bowl I like, which is called Hot Summer

I got the Big Wave sushi burrito; this was the best sushi burrito I've ever had. The shrimp tempura was fresh and fried to order, and every other ingredient was fresh too.
Great food, great service; will gladly try again

I gave three stars when I'd actually would rather give one solely because I love the owner. The owner is so kind and sweet, fun, bubbly and a joy to be around. The employee working there is the complete opposite. I have been going here for years purely because my husband loves the food. If this wasn't the case I would not have been coming back. Countless times I have felt the employee who works there is annoyed or inconvenienced when customers come in. Then a recent experience was even worse. I came in 15 minutes before closing. And yes I understand it's difficult and a pain sometimes when you're trying to close down but running hours is running hours. She even said she turned off the light because she's out of a few ingredients. She definitely did not want to serve me and made sure I felt that way. When someone else came in behind me right at 8:00 she told them that they had to leave. That customer was extremely upset and said they are never returning due to her customer service. I hope the owner sees this and truly has a talk with this employee and gets things corrected.

I stopped in to grab a rice bowl and boba to-go. They have a nice variety of proteins, vegetables, toppings, and sauces. I ordered a two scoop rice bowl with spicy tuna, spicy salmon, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, corn, pineapple, ginger, sesame seeds, wonton, homemade sauce, and spicy mayo. The bowl was delicious. I just didn't like that the spicy tuna was minced. I prefer the tuna chunks. For my drink I ordered a Taro with tapioca. The flavor of the drink was good but my tapioca wasn't quite cooked, they were very hard in the center. I prefer them to be soft and cooked through. The employee was very nice which made for a pleasant visit.

This place used to be a lot better but has gone downhill, mainly because of the service. The bowls are not cheap but they’ve gotten really stingy with the portions. I spent over 50.00 for 3 bowls and the lady wouldn’t give me a cup of ice, stating the cups cost money! I was floored and will never come back!

Delicious food and by far the BEST boba I have ever tried. We were in fairhope for 2 days and went each day. Not even to mention the great service! The place seemed family owned and the young boy had better work ethic than most restueraunt employees I've worked with. God bless this place.

Tried the Tiki Guy and Hot Summer sushi burritos. They were delicious! The spicy salmon was pretty spicy and I’d try just plain salmon next time. But it was still really good! She fried the tempura for the Tiki Guy to order and it was delicious.

I also tried the lavender milk tea with black tapioca. The drink had great flavor but the tapioca was very mushy which was disappointing. I’m not sure if it was overcooked or sat too long as it was 2pm.

My recommendation is changing the boba every 3-4 hours or to not boil them for so long. The flavor of the tapioca was good, though!

Service was good but she did seem to be alone in the shop. More people were in line behind us so wait times can be long.

The lady busting her butt behind the counter deserves 5 stars. The new owner deserves 0 for making her work by herself. You’re failing your employees, AND your customers, therefore your business. Not a very astute business practice!

I love the honeydew smoothie here! It’s always so good. I went in during my lunch break to get one and unfortunately left with nothing. The employee working stood right in front of me and never acknowledged me. She seemed busy so I was okay with waiting but she never spoke one word to me I eventually just had to walk out.

this place is REALLY good. i got the tiki guy bowl, and the thai tea boba. the thai tea is authentic tasting and it lingers in your mouth, and the boba is good quality. the bowl i got tasted refreshing and savory, they serve the rice warm and have cool ingredients that dont overbear it. the pricing on the food considering the amount of it you get (at least a good bit left over) and the quality of it is perfect. the lady working there was nice and it was easy giving our order. its 100% worth going to if youre nearby.
