I like this place. Good food and people

Went for dinner with my grandson and his girlfriend. They were having what was probably a wedding reception at the time yet our server didn't miss a beat. She checked on us regularly, and we never lacked for something to drink, and she was there with the check at just the right time. My grandson and his girlfriend had lasagna, and I had chicken alfredo. Mine was delicious and although I didn't ask, judging from how quickly it disappeared, I'm pretty sure theirs was too. To sum it up, if you are looking for generous portions of good food at a reasonable price, you'll be well satisfied with your visit to Rotolo's.

Just moved into town and saw this place. My daughter was excited it had an arcade so I thought it’d be a fun night for dinner and games. We were sat in the back at the arcade(daughter’s choice). The hostess was very lovely and brought our drinks but we never had a server check on us once for 30 minutes so we left. Very disappointing experience.

Update: daughter convinced me to go back since they had an arcade. The food was good but we had the slowest service possible. After getting the check I had to get up to find our server after waiting 15 minutes for her to come back so I could pay. Plus half of the arcade games don’t work. Will not return.

Sandwich was delicious. I can sit on a couch.

I’m over in Fairhope, AL for work, went here for lunch. It’s was pretty good. My waiter was very nice and he stayed on top of everything

I just got a pizza to go.

This was my first time in there. The food didn’t have much flavor and didn’t expect it to come in such a small dish. There was no manager there. It took about 5 minutes for the server to come greet us. We ordered an appetizer they came out 2 minutes before our food. Our server only came by once or twice. We saw the bartender more than our server. Asked the bartender tender if she could get our check so we could go.

This was the strangest and worst experience I have had in a restaurant ever. We came in to play trivia and have dinner. The hostess sat us at a table and very quickly a waitress came and took our drink order and in a couple of minutes another young man came and tried to take our drink order again and we explained someone else already took the order and the waitress walked up with the drinks set them down and turned to talk to the waiter. The place was pretty empty, but we waited fifteen minutes and still had not seen our waitress again. I finally got up to look for someone to take our order and found the original waitress who looked up and said oh I never came back "My Bad". She came and took our order right away. We ordered and my husband ordered a Calzone with Salami inside it and it came with something we both thought was ham, the cook came out and assured us that it was Salami. He said they ran out of their regular Salami and were using a replacement. I have had Salami and Ham my whole life and I am sure that wasn't Salami. He was very nice and offered to take it off the ticket and get him something else. By this time my husband was over the whole thing and said no thank he was good. We shared my dinner which wasn't very goo and kept playing Trivia. About 10 minutes later a different girl came and left the bill, this is about an hour before Trivia was over so that was strange since we may have ordered a cocktail or something else. I asked her why she brought the bill so early and she then explained to me how I should leave money or a card with the bill and the waitress would be by to pick it up. I know how to pay a bill in a restaurant, I just was confused why they would close it out an hour before Trivia was over. These places have trivia to bring people in to spend money so that was weird. I then left a card and the same girl, not the waitress came and picked it up. She brought it back and left it on the table with the original receipt with nothing for me to sign. Again, confused we continued to play trivia and in between question went to find someone to explain why there was nothing to sign. Soon the original waitress brought the bill for signature and said they didn't know what happened to it and they had to re-print it. We still tipped 20%, why I don't know but we did. There was a dirty napkin on the floor next to the booth we were in when we were seated and it was still there when we left. We won trivia and gave away the $15 in coupons for this place because I can't imagine going back.

Vegetarian options: We came for pizza and salad. The food was great. The salad was fresh and delicious! We also had a fun Friday night !

Not clean at all . Server was eating with the cook at the bar she never washed her hands after she took a bite to eat nor when she was touching everything in the resturant. Very unprofessional lasagna was super dry.She never once checked on me so I just got a box and left. WORST LOCATION I HAVE EVER VISITED.

Visited twice in one week and found the service and food to be excellent. Pizza was better the any other in this area. Very generous with the toppings. We will certainly return!
