This was my first time in there. The food didn’t have much flavor and didn’t expect it to come in such a small dish. There was no manager there. It took about 5 minutes for the server to come greet us. We ordered an appetizer they came out 2 minutes before our food. Our server only came by once or twice. We saw the bartender more than our server. Asked the bartender tender if she could get our check so we could go.

This was the strangest and worst experience I have had in a restaurant ever. We came in to play trivia and have dinner. The hostess sat us at a table and very quickly a waitress came and took our drink order and in a couple of minutes another young man came and tried to take our drink order again and we explained someone else already took the order and the waitress walked up with the drinks set them down and turned to talk to the waiter. The place was pretty empty, but we waited fifteen minutes and still had not seen our waitress again. I finally got up to look for someone to take our order and found the original waitress who looked up and said oh I never came back "My Bad". She came and took our order right away. We ordered and my husband ordered a Calzone with Salami inside it and it came with something we both thought was ham, the cook came out and assured us that it was Salami. He said they ran out of their regular Salami and were using a replacement. I have had Salami and Ham my whole life and I am sure that wasn't Salami. He was very nice and offered to take it off the ticket and get him something else. By this time my husband was over the whole thing and said no thank he was good. We shared my dinner which wasn't very goo and kept playing Trivia. About 10 minutes later a different girl came and left the bill, this is about an hour before Trivia was over so that was strange since we may have ordered a cocktail or something else. I asked her why she brought the bill so early and she then explained to me how I should leave money or a card with the bill and the waitress would be by to pick it up. I know how to pay a bill in a restaurant, I just was confused why they would close it out an hour before Trivia was over. These places have trivia to bring people in to spend money so that was weird. I then left a card and the same girl, not the waitress came and picked it up. She brought it back and left it on the table with the original receipt with nothing for me to sign. Again, confused we continued to play trivia and in between question went to find someone to explain why there was nothing to sign. Soon the original waitress brought the bill for signature and said they didn't know what happened to it and they had to re-print it. We still tipped 20%, why I don't know but we did. There was a dirty napkin on the floor next to the booth we were in when we were seated and it was still there when we left. We won trivia and gave away the $15 in coupons for this place because I can't imagine going back.

Great food and service as always. It's one of those established businesses that knows how to make you feel at home.

Not clean at all . Server was eating with the cook at the bar she never washed her hands after she took a bite to eat nor when she was touching everything in the resturant. Very unprofessional lasagna was super dry.She never once checked on me so I just got a box and left. WORST LOCATION I HAVE EVER VISITED.

Visited twice in one week and found the service and food to be excellent. Pizza was better the any other in this area. Very generous with the toppings. We will certainly return!

I wish we had taken photos of our food. We ordered take out 8/30/24 around 7pm. The large supreme pizza appearance was highly substandard. It looked like the pizza was prepared/cooked as a meat pizza and veggies thrown on after the pizza was cooked. The pizza was ready when arrived but the Philly cheesesteak sandwich had not been started. It took an additional 20 minutes to receive the sandwich. The sandwich was very poor in appearance as well. It was very dry. Cheese only on one side of the sandwich. Come on guys! This was horrible. Owner, i wish you would’ve been served this meal. These products should’ve never been presented to the customer. Lesson learned.

This is my favorite place for pizza. The Krewe is my favorite! This trip we had salads. The kicking Chicken was spicy but delicious. The Greek Salad was perfect but I recommend adding chicken. I wish you still had the Muffeletta Salad. The atmosphere is nice as always and aclean environment as usual. The restrooms are clean and well maintained. The staff checked on us many times and kept our drinks coming.

Worst pizza ever. The spinach artichoke dip tasted so bad and garlic bread served was raw. Only the salad was good.

Food was good… service was pretty unorganized and terrible… waited 20mins before telling us our order was “messed up” by the kitchen… we didn’t order anything special… didn’t see our server for another 30mins before we were able to flag her down for closing out… food saved how bad the service has is

My 8yr old son and I had lunch today and we LOVE this place. 1st of all the atmosphere was top knotch! Love the brickwork inside! We had a personal cheese pizza and the garlic bread bites! My son said "5 STARS MOM!" Jewels was our server and she was amazing!

There is TONS of seating in different areas. There are many big screen TVs showing sports and news. The back area is the arcade! For $5 we played air hockey, a driving game and the punch bag! My son had a blast! He visited the restroom before we left and told me it was very clean!

Parking: Large parking lot right in front of the entrance.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of great arcade games make kids over the moon HAPPY!
