High hopes and excitement for dinner with Hope Farm. Server was very knowledgeable and delightful. However, we were ignored by having empty water glasses when desperately needed. She was very busy with outdoor seating and we were indoor. Indoor was noisy and open…. As in a barn. Not intimate dining as I anticipated. My bad. Seasonal food choice was just not in my favor nor my palate. When a dish or server says slightly ‘spicy’, BELIEVE them. Again, my bad. The flight of Pinot noir was presented, explained and well worth it!!!! Highly recommend. I’ll certainly be more diligent next time making reservations to make sure their seasonal dishes are more inline with mine.

Dietary restrictions: This was an Impact 100 event. There did not seem to have enough food nor bartenders. I will definitely be back. It's a great atmosphere with much better parking than most places in Fairhope.

Love this place! Food is always fresh and delicious, and the service level is top notch, without being overbearing. The Hope Farm has become our "go-to" place for either a quiet date night dinner or for entertaining out of town friends.

I was looking forward to a date night at Hope Farm, however I was greatly disappointed. What should had been a delightful dining experience, it turned to a total disappointment, from the kids running around our table, to the parents who let their kids play around with no regard of those around them, to the waitress who took 15 minutes to tell she couldn't bring me a taste of a wine I wanted to order because the bar was backed up and it was not a priority since it was only a taste, at that point I told her not to worry about it since I was already done with my meal, and I wanted the glass of wine to enjoy with my meal. I felt rushed to order my food, so we decided to leave as soon as we finished our main course, we couldn't take the disruptions caused by unattended kids, I know this is a family friendly restaurant, but they were totally out of control and the parents were not about to disrupt their friendly conversations to ensure their kids behave. The waitress never took the time to asked how was our meals simply took the plates away. Beautiful restaurant setting with so much potential. I don't think I will be back.

Hope Farms is a below average experience with an illusion of fine dining. This is not coming from a disgruntled patron. Having kids running around your table while supposedly "dining" with a glass of wine and a culinary prepared meal, takes away any attempt in presenting yourself ( Hope Farms) as a ambient and cuisine establishment. Waiting 15 minutes for a glass of wine to enjoy with your meal only to say "Take it back", because its intended purpose was to be enjoyed with said meal. Hope Farms would be better off as a "Farm", leaving the restaurant excellence to those who know how.

Our server acted like he had a chip on his shoulder for the duration of our dinner and the drink service was absolutely slow. We were there for almost 3 hours and only were able to get two drinks.

We finally visited the Hope Farm for the first time and we were blown away by the outstanding service and creative and delicious dishes. Our server Luke described every dish in exquisite detail and answered our questions thoroughly. He described how much of the food was grown on-property and how the ingredients were incorporated and featured in the dishes. Luke was a consummate professional and it is clear that he takes pride in providing outstanding service and serving delicious food and drinks. I am very pleased to have a restaurant of this caliber in our community.

Hope Farm is one of those unique dining experiences that touches all aspects of fine dining. From culinary creativity and execution, extensive wine list, first class service and most importantly in my view, exceptional hospitality. There is something at Hope Farm for everyone. If you're a "foodie" sign up for the educational events they offer. If you're into craft cocktails, this is the go to place. The staff, make you feel like you're dining in their home. Thanks to the hands on approach of the owners. So, Robert and Bentley, Thanks again for a truly exceptional dining experience.
