My father and I stopped in after a six-hour drive, solely because it was next to the hotel. We had no idea we'd still be talking about the flatbreads a week later. The truffle one was the best, but it was close. At 7:00 on a Saturday we were seated immediately, and service was quick and personable. It's small, cozy, and quiet, and I was notably underdressed in my travel clothes of a t-shirt and leggings.

After waiting for 30 minutes for a table for our party of 6 the host came out and told us they close in 45 minutes and would not be seating us. They had a large table leaving at that time and could have seated us there but they obviously didn’t need the business.

Best meal I have had out with my family in a long time. Service was outstanding ambience was warm and the food was delicious. Wish I lived closer so I could be a regular. I had actually been pretty down on eating out due to several disappointing experiences. I would pay double or triple their prices if I knew a restaurant would live up to what they got going on at this restaurant. The service was so good I thought the lady serving us was the owner. She said the owner was working in the kitchen, which I thought was pretty cool.

As a local this is our favorite restaurant! The food is ALWAYS excellent- staff amazing and fantastic specials- never had a bad meal in years! today we were with a group of locals- we are all from Fairhope- watching tourists look briefly at the outside menu and walk by- you are missing out on this long standing outstanding local restaurant!

This place is easily in the top 5 restaurants of downtown Fairhope. We have eaten here many times and never had a bad experience. The food is on par with another local favorite in Daphne - Southwood Kitchen. The staff has been there for a number of years and are responsive and welcoming. You may luck up and get a table by just walking in but play it safe and get a reservation. Great cocktails, creative cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere make Thyme a gem.
