My father and I stopped in after a six-hour drive, solely because it was next to the hotel. We had no idea we'd still be talking about the flatbreads a week later. The truffle one was the best, but it was close. At 7:00 on a Saturday we were seated immediately, and service was quick and personable. It's small, cozy, and quiet, and I was notably underdressed in my travel clothes of a t-shirt and leggings.
Best meal I have had out with my family in a long time. Service was outstanding ambience was warm and the food was delicious. Wish I lived closer so I could be a regular. I had actually been pretty down on eating out due to several disappointing experiences. As a local this is our favorite restaurant! The food is ALWAYS excellent- staff amazing and fantastic specials- never had a bad meal in years! today we were with a group of locals- we are all from Fairhope- watching tourists look briefly at the outside menu and walk by- you are missing out on this long standing outstanding local restaurant!
