Went through drive-thru lady was rude as I pulled up she took my payment did not give me my drink Gave me the wrong food close the door in my face did not give me my drink had to ask for it then she was rude about it pulled up to check my food, it was the wrong food, so I went inside to let them know it was the wrong food, come to find out the person in front of me pulled off did not get their food so I got their food So I had to get a refund cause I paid for the wrong food, she was trying to say i pulled off when i didnt, the lady should have asked for my name before giving me the food or taking my payment like they always do. Im tired of going here and dilling with rude people. Something needs to be done ab it.

Honestly amazing the sweet and spicy chicken fingers and the gooey fries are beyond amazing and taste really fresh! i used to always go to zaxbys if i wanted some but now ill always be going here instead 🙌🏼🔥And the cookies are sooo good!

This is my first time to wingfingers alongside my wife. We ordered the number 12. I was disappointed when I opened my plate. I feel like I was served hours old fry's. My wife didn't even finish her plate. I will say the chicken wasn't over cook an I was happy about that. I probably want be back unless I'm picking up a door dash for other customers. My cashier was great she helped me an my wife navigate the menu
