Integrity goes a long way.
So I’ll begin by saying the experience was phenomenal. The service was top notch, hands down the best. My check was 199.21 and I decide to leave the young lady 100 bucks tip. I also being human mistakenly put 399.21 instead of 299.21, BUT the tip clearly showed 100 dollars NOT 200. They charged me 199 for the meal and 200 for the tip knowing it was an error. Yall are the best. I can’t remember our sweet waitress’ name but she had dark brown hair with cute bangs. She made our 28th anniversary feel so special! Thank you for the phenomenal, food, service, and views. 💯 will return
Had great experiences over the past few years with our anniversary dinner but this time we went there on last Saturday for our anniversary dinner and it was disappointing our server host or anyone in that restaurant never even mentioned about are we celebrating anything despite when I put it on my reservation that we are celebrating our 5th year anniversary our food was ok ordered a side of risotto it was cold not very impressed with the overall experience.

Service is attentive and personalized, with staff going above and beyond to make guests feel special, and the service is noted as top-notch. The ambience is fabulous, creating a great value for the experience. The restaurant plans to undergo interior refurbishment in the fall to further improve the dining experience. The total bill for a meal at 360 Grille is around $195.
