We just left Cicis the staff was awesome, especially Brylee, they were helpful and willing to fix all the pizza’s we asked for. Great service, friendly staff
This is the first time my daughter and I had visited this location and the customer service was excellent I didn't know that you could have a specialty pizza made and they put it on the bar for you. I have a lot of allergies and I'm always skeptical going new places but they went above and beyond and it was an excellent lunch choice for us.
Super tasty !!!! Awesome service :) I'll be back !!

Cicis Pizza offers a varied dining experience, with a fresh salad bar, a pasta bar with multiple sauce options, and a selection of pizzas. The restaurant also features a dessert bar, including delicious brownies. The food is generally good, with many customers praising the salad, pasta, and pizza. It is a kid-friendly place with an arcade and games for children, making it a popular spot for families and children's parties. However, there have been concerns about the restaurant's environment, such as strong smells from spray paint being used nearby while customers are dining, which can be uncomfortable, especially for families with small children. Some reviews mention that the restaurant has become cleaner after management changes, with tables and floors well-maintained. The restaurant can be a little cold inside, especially after opening, but overall, it is considered a good value with friendly employees who serve a variety of vegetarian options through the salad bar.
