The food is good on the boulevard, but they are too slow when it comes down getting food out

Parking: In Florence, Alabama, Burger King have a lot of parking spots and it would be nice to see more business there

Kid-friendliness: Some are very nice your children

Wheelchair accessibility: I like it when they have weird wheelchair places with the doorway

This place is the doesn't even deserve no stars went there to get food to go when they handed the food out to me I ask if it was all there they assured me it was I got home half of it was missing I went all the way back and as I walked in the guy that assured me it was all there grabbed a bag with the food that was left out of the bag no apology or nothing and wanted me to leave with all the other food cold I said no I would either like my order recooked or my money back so the last went to the back threw the food on a table and went to get the money out of the register came back laid it on the counter and walked away as we was leaving we seen 3 men walk up to the drive through window and looked to be making a deal through the drive thru window I will never give this place my business again everyone in there tonight would be fired if I was the manager over this place I will be calling corporate Friday morning best believe that

All food was stone flipping COLD! Cold onion rings, and the burger patties were stone cold. Patties tasted like they were cooked hours ago and sat on a plate. Not even a warming plate. Didn't even microwave them to attempt to warm them up. Guy in the drive-was great, very pleasant. However, that does not compensate for serving stone cold food. Unacceptable.

Was actually going to What a Burger, but thought we might change it up. Order was ready too fast, first sign of precooked food waiting unsuspecting takeout orders. These places believe we will pass off or excuse our experiences as a one off. They are not one offs more of the business practices. Specialty burgers are undersized and lukewarm. Obviously Burger King can put out very tasty food, unfortunately each location is different. Apparently this location has yet to learn the value of word of mouth. Don't expect to see another review of this location from me.

Nuggets old and hard and so are my mozzarella sticks they have no heat to them hell the cheese ain’t even hot and stringy then my fries or cold as well surprise the burger was hot

I went to buy smoothies and they don't sell them and shakes and they didn't have them, and that's why they're empty, so you don't know if they're open or closed. I didn't like the place

No matter what time I go there, the dining room never seems clean. The drink station is always sticky and the floors look like they have not been swept or mopped and days

Dining room is never open. Food is always messed up and employees act like they are there doing you a favor instead of getting paid to do their jobs.

Bad. Left off an order if nuggets, bacon cheeseburger didn't have bacon and I think they use miracle whip instead of mayo, it had a wang to it. Just get a pizza.
