Very convenient quick and easy place to grab lunch and deserts in downtown Florence where everything is very reasonably priced! Cafe 222 is run by 2 of the most polite people I have ever met that make some of the best homemade entree's, sides, and especially desserts. Every time I go to lunch here, I sometimes can't help myself but to get a brownie as well because of how great they look and taste. It is defiantly a must to try the chicken, squash, and potato casseroles along with going back to try the meatloaf as well.
Had lunch there today and it was amazing! Food was hot and delicious, the portion sizes are great, and the ladies working are so friendly! The lemon brownie is a must have! Can't wait to go back.

Wow! Absolutely amazing food! Everything from the superb light yet full of flavor chicken salad sandwich to the meat and 3 sides we brought home for dinner was beyond good! The traditional southern food was full of flavor and depth. I am already planning on how to make this my weekly “home cooked” meal spot!

if i could give more stars to this place i would. it is literally so amazing, some of the best food i’ve ever had. definitely feels like a dinner with mom. and the lady is so so sweet. if i could have her adopt me i would.
Sooo good! The chicken salad was amazing. My husband got the blueberry cobbler and it was delicious. Employees were very sweet. Definitely recommend if looking for a good meat and three.
