Definitely one of the worst places to eat in Florence anytime of the day!

I can't tell you about the food or the atmosphere because I didn't go inside, I tried to utilize the drive thru. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the food because I didnt get any ... I sat in front of the speaker for roughly 16 minutes, being told twice in that time "I'll be with you in a sec." I finally did what the 2 cars in front of me did; I drove away and went somewhere else that would serve me. Thank goodness Burger King wasn't busy

I see some really harsh reviews for this place. I think seafood can be hit or miss anywhere but for me, I had a really positive experience. The cashier was very professional and polite. I didn't wait very long. The Catfish was plump & fresh tasting, perfectly fried. The beans were good and the Okra, which is not yet in season, was nonetheless on the money. The price point was on par with similar fish plates but I think I got more for my money here. The hush puppies were perfect. Nothing was greasy. I am sorry it took me this long to visit and I recommend that you do to.

Ordered through the drive thru. Our cashier was very polite and friendly. We didn't have to wait but maybe 30 seconds for our food. It was very fresh and hot. Food was great.

1. Waited 45 min in drive thru.2. All 3 dinners & all items ($45) was cold & old....and dried out. Not edible.3. Chicken strips were too hard.Very disappointed!

Needs to be shut down permanently. I didn’t know they hired autistic kids there?
Our experience was the nasty. The fish wasn't done and smelled terrible. The girl in the front line didn't know what she was doing. Also kept asking like a 12 year old child where things was. I love fish but want me coming back to this location. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Alot of playing and not listening going on here! My ordered was wrong, said they would replace it! Never happened! I ask for my money back, the manager offered me 30 cents ?
