Went to have a nice lunch with some friends and everything was going well till after I paid for my food. Then realized they STOLE MY CARD INFORMATION and almost $200 worth of random crap!!! This people well steal from you without you even knowing! Never going there again! Their cheap pathetic cowards! 10 outa 10 would never recommend!

I love them. I know the bathrooms in a restaurant aren't usually the first thing anyone praises, but please understand. I suffer from severe OCD, and a dirty bathroom brings me a great deal of anxiety, as if I am falling into myself, almost floating in the fear I feel. NOT A PROBLEM HERE! They're spotless, the sinks are big, the water is hot, and the soap was fully stocked up. Whoever they had clean the lady's room did a wonderful job. My mind was at ease. Thank you so much! It means a lot to folks like me!
Now, for the food. Oh my GOD the food is delicious here. I'd never had veggie nachos before. I'm a meat lovin' gal, you see, so the standard ground beef and cheese is my go-to.
Or, should I say, WAS my go-to. These nachos are perfect. The cooks aren't stingy with the toppings. Chips, cheese, and an absolute mountain of seasoned vegetables. I felt like I was having a treat for my soul and also doing something relatively healthy for my body! I'm sure the nutrients and healthy parts of the veggies were long gone, since the nachos tasted so good and made me happy and were a joy to eat, but is that gonna stop me from getting them in the future? Hell no! Nutrition be damned. I'm here to enjoy my food, and if there's still some vitamins and minerals in there, that's a nice bonus!
The service was wonderful, too! Isaac is a lovely waiter who doesn't keep you, well, waiting. He was polite, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The woman at the front desk is always courteous and professional as well, and I would mention her by name...if I had remembered to read her name tag. I'm sorry, woman at the front desk. You did a great job, and I just didn't catch your name.
The place is clean, the music is nice, and the lights aren't down too low. Not much I can say other than that, since I was horfing down nachos like nobody's business and didn't really take in the sights. It's a nice looking place! The cleanliness of a place is more important to me than the look of it, though, and they did a great job with that. No mess on the table, comfy booths, what more could you want?
Anyway, I love this place. It's my favorite Mexican restaurant in Florence!
Someone needs to check plates before they go to customer. Looks like too much employees socializing and less taking care of business. Ordered taquitos Mexicanos. They tasted awful like freezer burn and then burnt again during prep. Shredded lettuce with dap of sour cream on side and I could go on but biggest issue is I became sick before making it home and was sick all night. Should have pushed plate back after first bite. My advice is to get back to taking care of business and much less employees laughing and giggling and socializing, make sure food is ready to go to customers or this business will suffer. I doubt we will go back. Just trying to help your business.
