Ordered our food payed $18.00 for 2 single burger combos without cheese, sat at our table waited the cook brought us one meal and said was there 2 meals and that she said she read the order wrong. We waited about ten min mom was almost done before I got mine then when she finally brought it she told us they ran out of hamburger meat, at 11:45 in the morning how does that happen there were no customers in there. P.S. you were also out of paper towels in the girls bathroom. I should call the news station that has Restaurant cops. I just mit get it together DQ. Will never go back there.

Food tastes horrible got food poisoning

Sorry hot I haver eaten. Chili state like is was way out of date. It was like putting rocks in your mouth. Threw it away after first bite. I wouldn't feed that to a dog. Nasty. Won't ever go back.

Been in twice and stood there for 10 min or more before someone greeted me . Some of the rudest people in fast food no customer service skills at all. The young girl in drive thru and the cook weee friendly

Ok so i loved my blizzard as always and i was enjoying my time in the lobby with my friends and as we are walking out the door because we are reasonable people and leave before a place closes( they close at 10:30) we were walking out at 10:20 and as we were, the short dark haired girl was being a brat and said “the lobby is closed” like sweetie go do your job instead of being a jerk. P. S. Dont whip out your phone as a am standing at the register ready to order to text a giant paragraph to someone and completely ignore me and not acknowledge me. Anddd maybe do your closing job instead of walking around on your phone after you force us to get out. Thabksss ALSO they were out of reeces for my reeces blizzard not mad about that but it sucked.

Every table was dirty, fries were cold after food was finally brought out. Needed a refund because we were charged for an extra onion ring. Whoever came behind the counter dressed in a tank top and shorts gave my husband a refund. Might want to watch the cameras from about 12:45 pm to 1:20. The funny thing is, we were here last night we went through drive thru and got 2 dipped cones and they were amazing and so were the staff. You need to definitely check out this day crew.

I would’ve given this place a zero if I could the one was just so I could leave a review we entered into the building there were no customers in like there was a man taking pictures with a tablet and two people working not a single person greeted us after waiting five minutes I finally asked the girl if this is where we ordered she slowly walked to her register still not even acknowledging that we were standing there she was then having problems signing in and still did not acknowledge that we were standing there three employees and not a single one said it will be a second or we just need a minute they just continued to talk to each other and continued to ignore us so we walked out and will not be back
