My husband and I absolutely love ramen shops, so we have been all over trying different ones. The closest good one was Huntsville until this place opened! This is a hidden gem of Florence and I HIGHLY recommend it. The ramen is fantastic quality, the pork buns are fluffy and don’t fall apart, and the customer service is phenomenal. We visited Takumi two weeks ago and have mixed feelings about our meal. My husband and I ordered the hibachi steak and shrimp. The vegetables were a unrecognizable pile of mush. We couldn't discern what they had been before being cooked to death. The rice was dry and also overcooked. The side dishes we ordered were awesome. Loved the pork dumplings, Crab Rangoon and soup dumplings. Our family ordered the ramen and liked it.

A great local Ramen restaurant! We had the Crab Rangoons, Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen, Beef Ramen, and the Fried Chicken Bun! All were delicious and the meal was very budget friendly! We will be back!
