In my 34 years I've had dominos about twice in my lifetime, all when I was a child. For my family dominos pizza was always the lowest grade pizza chain. We moved on November 7th and had dominos pizza and I have to say we've really been sleeping on them! This was the best pizza I've had in a very long time. My go to was always papa John's but not anymore! We've already gone back for more. The pizza is fresh and the ingredients are so good! This is not the nasty dominos I remember as a kid. I have been missing out

Very unprofessional, tried to give them a second chance. Waited on the line for about ten minutes, just to be disconnected from the call. Tried calling back and waited about 16 minutes. Was trying to use a credit, I received due to my last order being a hour and forty minutes before it was delivered. I'm not the type to complain, however I don't like for my time to be wasted. Wouldn't suggest especially if you're super hungry,bc the wait is unreasonable! God bless!!

I ordered delivery a few days ago and only live five minutes from the location I got delivery from yet it took over two hours just for it to be delivered I don’t see why there is any reason it should take that long to make a pizza. Very disappointed in the service and how money it took

We did a pick up order and they was crazy busy with mad people waiting but these young kids never broke stride or stopped smiling. They kept on pushing through no matter what. These kids were polite and worked hard and the food was great.

You shouldn’t have to wait 1hr 45 mins for 1 pizza and a 16 piece bread bite, especially when you live 2 minutes down the road. If I wasn’t sick I would go get it myself. I called them and someone said they “only had 1 driver” so dominoes management. HIRE MORE FOLKS!

On 4.4.25, 15 minutes after i placed my order power went off for three hours. I had already received a text that driver was on the way. Dominoes lost power too. Calls to the store couldn’t go thru even after power came on at 9pm. Called the next day about getting a refund (they never reached out to me about the pizza they cooked and didn’t deliver - they had my number). Store credit was mentioned and i said i wanted credit to my card. Store Manager said she would fix it and i thanked her. Two days later still no credit so i called back. Manager wouldn’t get on phone but relayed thru front line staff that they will give store credit only and would give me a number to call if I wanted to try and get credit to my card that way. But they would have to cancel the store credit first. So basically if dominoes corporate won’t give credit to my card then I can’t get the store credit back. A lot of work you’re making a customer do to get money back for food and follow up that never came. I will take my future pizza orders elsewhere. This left a bad taste in my mouth. Store manager needs to take customers service training.

I have ordered thousands of pizzas from Domino's. I tipped $10-$20 every time. When they started adding the delivery fee, ripping off the delivery drivers because: A It's the employees automobile and B they don't pay insurance or tires and brakes or gas or anything on the delivery vehicles, I quit tipping as much. In 2019 I called to order pizza and called for 2 hours!!! I got in my truck, with the phone ringing and when I pulled up, all the delivery vehicles were in the parking lot, no customers, and they said they were swamped with customers, so that's why they couldn't answer the phone. They were literally sitting on the make tables laughing uncontrollably at YouTube videos when I pulled up at the store on Cloverdale Rd. And I have video and audio of my phone calls and my trip to their restaurant. They have now BLACKLISTED me and say they don't deliver to our area and I also have videos of Domino's cars with the domino's roof ornament delivering food to both of my neighbors...

I don’t go to this place that often and I usually go here with my nanny but this place is really good I’m glad you guys also have a chalk board so I can draw whenever I am waiting for my pizza! Also it’s pretty good you guys have a window between the kitchen and the ordering room so I can’t watch you employees making the pizzas and stuff.
