Domino's Pizza in Florence

“The Dominos in cloverdale has renewed my faith in Dominos pizza. After bad experiences and let downs on promises of reconciliation from the avalon location in Muscle Shoals, that went absolutely nowhere, AFTER they took my information as if they would be in contact or email something. Nothing at all. Since then ive never gone to a Dominos and swore.i wouod never again. I picked up.this pizza for a friend and after this kind of service, ill gladly travel for the AL-157 location. My questions were answered and what the personnel didn't know, he gladly went and found the answers and was pleasant in doing so. He took my order and I went outside to wait for my order. They were kind enough to bring my order to me as it was done early. Excellent job you guys! EXCELLENT! Faith renewed!“

“If i’m going to get a pizza after work when im dead tired and don’t wanna cook, i always choose specifically this location. the staff is always so kind at the drive through, and that’s rare in 2026. i’ve only ever once had an issue here, where the delivery guy brought me the wrong order, and they solved it immediately and to my satisfaction in like 10 minutes. in fast food people have good and bad days, slow and busy, but the management here is doing something right.“
