I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Dunkin’. I ordered an iced coffee with 5 creamers and 4 caramel swirls, but the drink I received was much darker than what you would expect with that amount of creamer and flavoring.

This is not what I ordered or paid for, and the lack of accuracy has left me very dissatisfied. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return for a long time. It is unfortunate because I enjoy Dunkin’ but I cannot support a brand that is this unprofessional.

Had to wait nearly 40 mins in the drive thru with no one in line and maybe one customer inside. Multiple employees inside. Multiple people talking on drive thru headsets at the same time. Staff seemed to be genuinely struggling with something. Better management needed or more help.

Dunking Doughnuts did not have any Doughnuts. No apologies just a voice in a box saying we dont have any doughnuts.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and my coffee and donut were great. I spent some time working at a table while in between doctor appointments, and it was an enjoyable and productive experience. Also, the music playlist they had was great! I enjoyed listening to it while I worked.

I go in order pay for my food. Leave and get back to my job and my food is wrong... I ordered a grilled cheese at bacon and loaded hash browns. Had no bacon on my grilled cheese and no cheese on my hash browns (whats loaded) called and the mgr told me I had to come back in order to get my food fixed. She couldn't take my name over the phone. This is why I stopped going there. I paid for what I ordered and didnt get what I ordered and u want me to come back bc of ur mistake. Never again!!!!! This was the Florence store.

Consistently out of something - if it’s not croissant bread, it’s bacon. Consistently bad coffee - even if you reintegrate light cream and sugar multiples times you’ll receive a coffee blonder than a southern child with sun in sprayed in their hair

I placed a DoorDash pickup order and went to the drive thru to get a coffee as well. They asked me to wait, then told me DoorDash must come inside even though I’m not a delivery driver. I went in and waited at the register and when someone finally acknowledged me I tried to show them my doordash app with the order. The worker said “over there just get them” and didn’t stop to take my coffee order. I’m not hard to please, but they were not busy and there was no reason for the abrasive attitude and lack of customer service. Leaving with overpriced donuts and no coffee.

The young lady taking my order had an attitude. Got mad when I told her I didn't want old coffee. The pot was flashing red. I think management came over to fix the order. She turned around brewed more. As the coffee starts to brew, she proceeds to pour the coffee into the cup. This would give me the worst strong coffee . It's not a good location at all, no greeting or customer priority. need some clean. The store was empty, and there was no restock going on or organized. Lots of employees interacting with each other

I haven't been to Dunkin since I was a kid and loved their freshly made selection.
We thought we would give it a try...
, but their donuts all went in the trash after trying them.
Sorry but 5 people were disappointed 2 kids 3 adults.
12 donuts all different, the coconut was the only one we all liked.
There was no line and we had to stand around for 15min before we where helping.
