We ordered two drinks and food and we were given a drink and the wrong food at the first window then the wrong drink and the right food at the second after we waited 10 minutes. Food and drinks were satisfactory in taste, but everything else was mixed up.

I have been here two times already and both times the outcome was terrible. I went through the drive through one day for breakfast and got an iced coffee and a hash brown bowl. The bowl looked like a good portion size on the screen so that why I got it. When I pulled up to the window and paid, they handed me a plastic knife instead of a fork or spoon. I asked them if they could give me a fork instead and they said they were out of silverware and knives were all they had. How the heck am I suppose to eat my food with nothing but a knife? I went inside McDonalds and got a plastic fork so I could eat my food. I ended up having to throw away my breakfast because the hash brown bowl was so nasty đ€ź I couldnât eat. It was extremely salty like someone collected pieces of Lotâs wife and sprinkled it in my food. On top of that, it wasnât even enough to feed a child. Portion was not worth the $9 I spent. I went to McDonalds instead and ate there. The next time I went, they were out of everything I was asking for. I couldnât get an ice coffee or anything cuz they were out. So I had to settle for something I didnât really want and my order was still wrong. The lady that gave me my food basically tossed the bag at me and closed the window. No âHave a good day.â Or anything. I am just going to start sticking with McDonaldâs because itâs cheaper and MUCH better service.

Girl that took my money was not smiling, did not greet me or thank me for my order. She made me feel uncomfortable by her looks. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant, it was cold and not to temp. Also ordered stuffed bagels. Not good. I will never go back and it was my first time going there.

Coffee is great, but the customer service is lacking when we pulled up through the drive-through we told the lady we needed a moment where she then went at us after a moment we said we were ready to order. She said OK. Order did not tell us our total told us first window we pulled around. I give her my card and she pulls out her phone to check it before running my card. The only upside was the man who handed us Our coffee was very nice. Told us to have a great day, but they need to work on their customer service.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. But for the sake of being able to write a review I had to leave one. I will never visit this location again. We placed our order, pulled up to the window and paid, and our order was completely incorrect. They advised us to pull to the second window and our order would be corrected. They handed us our items and they were STILL incorrect. After leaving, I called the store and asked for the manager. I was advised that there was no store manager present today (Friday). I asked when the manager would be available, I was told tomorrow. I asked what time theyâd be in to start their shift and I was told they werenât allowed to disclose that information. So I called the corporate line and filed a complaint. This is a shameful excuse for a Dunkinâ Donuts store. Donât waste your time or your money here.

We were the only car in the drive thru and it took them 5 minutes to even take our order. Pulled up to the window and the black lady with red hair had an attitude and told us to pull up to the second window.. The black guy looked mad we was even there, and he didnât even fill our large coffee up and when we finally got the coffee we said thank you and he rolled his eyes.. we will not be back ever again. No wonder there are so many low ratings.
It is really hard to leave such a low rating for an establishment. The customer service is horrific..... Do not order any hot sandwiches and hope they donât mess up your order because they will not fix it and you make you feel like an inconvenience for their mixup. I honestly have never seen a staff operate in such an obvious disrespectful attitude to ALL customers.
There is no possible way, I would ever even take the chance to come to this location again...... EVER!

I hate how much this place sucks. The past 3 times Iâve gone and asked for oat milk, they either donât use oat milk or add whipped cream. I said nothing about the drink being iced, and was given a disgusting iced latte. I love Dunkin but I wonât be back to this one.

The woman was extremely rude and made my drink wrong. We told her what she did wrong nicely and she rolled her eyes and shut the window. We got our drink and she just gave it to us and didnât tell us to have a good day or anything. She was just terrible and rude for no reason. She is clearly miserable at this job and she shouldnât treat customers like this.
