I have had a total of 5 bad experiences at this location but I won’t go into detail. I’m giving them a 5 star though because I had another bad experience today of them forgetting about me at the second window HOWEVER a man came and apologized and was HONEST about it and he just had the most pleasant smile and offered a free donut. I just thought that was so refreshing that he would do that and was honest instead of just ignoring the fact I was left at that second window. I didn’t catch his name but he was an older gentleman. I hope he’s there for a while! I know it’s hard working with the public in today’s world because I also do. They need someone like him! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

worst managed Dunkin I've ever been too.I don't think it's anything to do with employees, problem is with it's management and/or corporate.always out of everything you order.always short staffed.will lock doors and won't let you in for a walk-in mobile order, so you have to wait in line for your walk-in mobile order.it's a 50/50 if your food is cold.

Tried to get service here a few different times and it is always terrible service. The last time we came as on 11/21/2023 at around 7pm and no one would take our order at the drive thru, after driving around we saw the only person working was busy talking to 2 girls at one of the tables. Terrible service. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This Duncan is terrible and I never usually make reviews but the service was terrible we waited 30 minutes to get food!! I love Dunkin but the wait time and the few employees is terrible look at the bacon egg and cheese you can see the cheese

This place literally never has anything you order. We’ve been a handful of times and every time they’re always having to substitute something because they’re out of stock of what we actually wanted, which is insanely frustrating when you order online ahead of time and wait in the drive through for 20 minutes (because they are also notoriously slow), only for them to notify you that they are out of stock once you get to the window. Also, employees who gave us our food at the window today were quite rude. Lots of areas this establishment needs to improve upon.
