worst managed Dunkin I've ever been too.I don't think it's anything to do with employees, problem is with it's management and/or corporate.always out of everything you order.always short staffed.will lock doors and won't let you in for a walk-in mobile order, so you have to wait in line for your walk-in mobile order.it's a 50/50 if your food is cold.
I’ve been 3 times in the past month and everything I try to order they just tell me they are out of it. Every single time they are out of white chocolate(it’s Christmas time) and glazed donuts ?♀️ once I get but 3 different visits! I just canceled my order and

I have had a total of 5 bad experiences at this location but I won’t go into detail. I’m giving them a 5 star though because I had another bad experience today of them forgetting about me at the second window HOWEVER a man came and apologized and was HONEST about it and he just had the most pleasant smile and offered a free donut. I just thought that was so refreshing that he would do that and was honest instead of just ignoring the fact I was left at that second window....read full review
