Went at 9:30 on a Sunday and they were closed due to being short-staffed. Had all the lights on. Sat in the drive- thru for 5 minutes before I called and someone picked up and said they were closed. Then turn off lights especially the menu lights.
Didn‘t catch his name, but taller gentleman from the back in a blue shirt and apron brought me my nuggs and fries timely and was really cool. That little interaction made a bad night a little better. Thank

Asked for fresh fries they were not hot and fresh. Also the milkshake machine has been broken for months. Its really hit and miss. Sometimes they service is decent other times you wait forever and/or your order is all wrong.
