Asked for fresh fries they were not hot and fresh. Also the milkshake machine has been broken for months. Its really hit and miss. Sometimes they service is decent other times you wait forever and/or your order is all wrong.

There was no line and they debated and saw me but no one took my order. I stood there for 25 minutes after my order was placed at the kiosk. Homeless or not I had to leave without food as they smirked and ignored me. They were not busy their music and side conversation was more than having manners but mistreating another human being.

Lady at the drive thru speaker was beyond rude. If you hate your job THAT much I would suggest looking for other sources of employment. Kindness and patience are not hard tasks.

I would give no stars if possible. The kid handing out the food was the only good experience about this place. The cashier is always rude it was free fry Friday and I was supposed to get a free medium fry instead I got a half a medium box of ice cold fries. I didn't even bother calling and complaining because I won't be going back. Avoid North Wood Ave. McDonald's at all cost. Quality of food is always a issue here. The Cloverdale location is your best bet. Never had a bad meal there. Don't waste your time and money on the North Wood location. You will wait a long time just to leave with a sour taste in your mouth twice over!

Just stopped to pick up large black coffee.... how hard could it be? Manager was yelling at employees and after 3 to 5 minutes, manager got my coffee to me without speaking and damn near threw it to me. Oh, coffee was cold... NEVER AGAIN.

Parking: Clean parking lot. Clean facility overall. They were short staffed but they were phenomenal.

Haven't been to McDonalds in years!! Tried a big Mac, very good! FF greasy, yuck!! I don't know I was surprised, lobby was computerized!

The worst service... I got there at 6am when they opened... I sat at the order board for 10 min and nobody took my order, so I drove to the window and the woman had all kinds of attitude...this is almost every morning... I can't tell you how many times I have drove off because nobody would take my order.....when i do get food the order is never right.... Almost everyone that works there has attitude...... I think this location needs new management

They need to FIRE that Ron guy . He is always rude to customers and never prepares food correctly. If McDonald’s wants to continue to have good business, they’d quit hiring him back for the thousandth time.
