About Panda Express

Panda Express offers a mixed dining experience. While the staff is consistently described as excellent, helpful, and friendly, the food quality leaves something to be desired. Many reviews mention that the meals, such as the peppered steak and Kung Pao chicken, often lack freshness and have small portions. Some diners felt the food resembled buffet-style offerings that had sat out too long. While management is noted for addressing concerns promptly, like fixing incorrect orders, customers have expressed disappointment in the overall experience. Despite the service, some diners feel it may not be worth the drive, especially when familiar dishes do not meet expectations.

Not too bad but it would be better if the food was a little more fresh! Staff was excellent super helpful and super friendly! It just felt like eating at a buffet but the food sat around too much! It was delicious I'd go back again, but it's not what I expected! The employees were amazing! The Jamaican girl was the truth! Like I said staff was amazing! It was just the food it wasn't bad it just felt like it could be better! I would recommend going here when it's busy so the pans...read full review
I’m a student at UNA, and I tried the one on campus. This has been my third or so time so far this semester. Each time I felt as if I was getting scammed with the portions. Today I got a plate and on my peppered steak entree literally only had 3 pieces lol, but good news this place is ran by good management. They helped me out, fixed the issue immediately and fixed my plate. You guys should probably just speak up, because the prices and portions don’t match, but obviously...read full review
It was ok. My family and I have been to Panda restaurants from Hawaii to Georgia. We were excited to find one in Tupelo MS and drove an hour to eat familiar dishes. The food was on the cold side, they were out of chili sauce and sweet&sour packets, and the Kung Pau chicken contained no hot peppers. My kids ate and my wife and I took our food back home to heat it up and add our own chili sauce and sweet sour. Not worth the drive and will not go back again to this restaurant.
