“I have had a total of 5 bad experiences at this location but I won’t go into detail. I’m giving them a 5 star though because I had another bad experience today of them forgetting about me at the second window HOWEVER a man came and apologized and was HONEST about it and he just had the most pleasant smile and offered a free donut. I just thought that was so refreshing that he would do that and was honest instead of just ignoring the fact I was left at that second window. I didn’t catch his name but he was an older gentleman. I hope he’s there for a while! I know it’s hard working with the public in today’s world because I also do. They need someone like him! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️“
