I love going to Jack's in the mornings. They are usually pretty quick in the drive-thru and on the way to work it's a great place to get breakfast. I enjoy all their breakfast items. I would like to address an issue that I have seen more lately than in the past and that is getting the correct order to the customer in the drive thru. The owner is very personable, atmosphere fun and the quiche and burger delicious.
The lady at the window and taking the orders is not paying attention to anyone talking. She has a very sweet attitude, but I asked for coffee with extra cream and sugar. It did not have any of it either. I asked for napkins, salt and pepper at the window, and I did not get any one of those how to get out of my car and go back in after going to the drive-in to get everything I needed. It’s very disgusting.
