I love going to Jack's in the mornings. They are usually pretty quick in the drive-thru and on the way to work it's a great place to get breakfast. I enjoy all their breakfast items. I would like to address an issue that I have seen more lately than in the past and that is getting the correct order to the customer in the drive thru. I know that they have a ticket on the bag or are to check the contents before they had out the window. Today I ordered a special breakfast....

Just went through the drive thru and ordered the breakfast deluxe and everything was great service would of been quicker if they had better machines but not the employees fault. They were going as fast as they could with a great attitude as well!! Also, my caramel iced coffee was on point!! Will go there around this time again!!

The service was great and the atmosphere was nice. Parking lot isn't that spacious so when the drive thru is full its a little hard to maneuver. The reasoning for the low stars is because my fried chicken was sooooo dry. There was hardly any good meat on it.
