Gave them another shot after a few subpar visits. Met the new GM tonight. He is extremely friendly and polite. Seemed like he is working hard to fix issues. Seems they have fixed drink issues and service was fast. Food was good.

If you're employees really care about the business.. help them help you grow! And pls get off your excuses.. Be a OWNER/Manager. Do the dang repairs, take care of your good employees OR shut the doors

Location Florence blvd in Florence Alabama. I don’t know how this place is still in business? Looked like only 2 people working but later discovered 3 will get to that in a min. We ordered our food and the wait time took several minutes people having to wait several minutes for their turn to get an order even taken. Sign said no ice available so we got hot drinks. Nothing cold available they were out of milk for milkshake. The icee machine wasn’t ready. The bread was soggy on the burgers, chili cheese fries too salty! Out of ketchup so had to wait a while for that. I understand they were obviously under staffed. Here’s the kicker! (3rd employee) We were about to leave when an employee filled their cup with what they supposedly out of? ice!!! My husband spoke to her asking her I thought you were out of ice. She said well we just have a little bit. Really? So I guess customers aren’t the important people here?? Even though we just paid $35 to eat your crappy food!! Will not be back!! Krystal’s used to be a happening place but this place I don’t know how they can keep their doors open? They need better management and customer service! I’d give No stars but had to give a star to make review!! Krystals you need to do better!!!!!!

Little burgers were terrible. I will Never go there again. Last time they said it would be a 20 minute wait for a burger. This time I wanted 3 Hamburgers and got 3 cheeseburgers. Nothing like a White Castle

Me and my family go there sometimes and we are going to stop we get bad and slow service most the time we go there and there grill Is never on today we went and there were three cars before us that has to have give them money because they only took cash we had a 40 dollar meal and they didn't have change for a 100 just made no sense they never have staff either just thought I would share because it was so bad
No ice ,no fry’s and my car will need an alignment since driving in the parking lot with so many potholes. Long wait time for sub par food that’s too expensive.

Six minutes from order to served at drive thru. One employee only, and she was struggling. Krystals were poorly prepared, meat over hanging the buns, fries were fresh and hot. Will not be purchasing at this location again. This was our second visit, and both visits were very poor experiences.

Burger patties have gotten smaller and you get more bread then anything, really not worth the 40 something bucks that was charged for just 24 with cheese. What a joke, to charge so much for so little and mostly bread at that. Lost my business because its like that at evey crystals now and its a shame they rip people off so bad used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Total rip off, this is the 3rd time getting crystals in a month from different establishments and its the same ripoff. Completely dissatisfied!
