Literally sitting at the drive-thru right now for several minutes and no one has answered the speaker at all (after I pulled up, waited, said something a few times, and still waited...then had enough time to take a pic and make this post) This sucks, I'm leaving!! Their food is usually questionable so maybe this is a good thing. P.S. there was one vehicle at the drive-thru window that moved when I left and was still parked in the lot 15 minutes later after I got food at Arby's. I think the worker was chatting with a friend, but that's just speculation. I won't be back to this location again.

I got an order today and for 24 regular krystals 3 regular fries and a large drink was almost $48 and the burgers was kinda burnt and greasy and didnt taste good and the fries was on the burnt side and my question is what has happened to this business? the food was not hot and seriously overpriced and i highly doubt ill be back in one of these places

Pulled up at the drive thru girl that worked there was sitting in her vehicle on her phone I sat there 10 minutes no 1 took my order cause she was sitting in the vehicle

The person working drive through today was awful interrupted my husband ordering the food multiple times . Then waited at window for over 30 mins so we ended up leaving the guy also that took our order looked at us and was on his phone !

Four times in the last 2 months I have ordered from doordash with more than an hour before they close. And each time the driver has enough time to get there and be waiting on my food just for the store to cancel the order. Yes I'm upset but I'm also upset for the doordash driver that drove all the way there just to get the order canceled by the restaurant. And it's not even canceled within 30 minutes of the closing time.
2 cars in front of me at drive thru I have been in line 41 minutes waiting this is just ridiculous they need to shut down if you only get an hour lunch during the day wouldn't recommend coming here people have been driving off dont know why I haven't myself still waiting 43 minutes now just ridiculous

It takes forever to get served here I waited 23 minutes in drive through with only one car in front of me at the window. The more I say there the more I realized I am waiting this long to pay $11 for 3 little burgers and a drink so I left I don't have that long to wait during lunch anyway. I can't blame the employees since it appeared there were only two there.

We were traveling through Alabama and stopped at this Krystal on our way through Muscle Shoals I noticed the young man taking our order through the drive in was very polite. When driving around to pick up our order, I was even more impressed with this nice , smiling young man! You rock Travis Smith!! Great management!
