Worst experience ever. The system was so called “down” so my families order wasn’t processed until an hour after we had already been seated. It took over two HOURS for us to be served. We watched people be seated after us, and be served before us. When we finally got our food it was the wrong order!! And the food was cold. After getting the food corrected we took it home to go, and it was by far the worst food we had ever tasted. My family and I will NEVER be back.

I should have complained right away when it happened and right after we got our food, but I have been busy. On June 4th in the evening time is when we ordered food from here. Im not sure if its just they were in a hurry because it was evening time or it was just this location or maybe they didn't care! Our food was not good at all. We ordered well-done ribeyes, and they were way way red on the inside. The salads had hard wilted lettuce in them. The baked potatoes were just stuck in the back without being fixed at all. We didn't want to have to fix the food. it is why we ordered out! We didn't have a full kitchen to prepare food in or recook the undone raw steaks in either. We were visiting the area. We were camping and not from the area. The fried mushrooms for an appetizer were not worth paying like 2 dollars each for a tiny mushroom because there were only like a few in there! Not enough at all to share! The only item that tasted good at all were the rolls, and they gave us an odd amount, not even the amount we ordered! It would have been a lot better and a lot cheaper to just have grabbed burgers thru a drive thru somewhere. We were trying to have a nice meal.... and we definitely did not have one! Very disappointed with the food and the money wasted here!

Our server, Destiny, was absolutely amazing! She never let our cups of coke empty! Very informative about the menu and brought out our food very quick. We got the loaded potatoes for an appetizer. My wife got the teriyaki chicken. And I got a steak. All the food was delicious.

Horrible service! Our party was sat in the coldest part of the restaurant for almost an hour and a half before some of us received our food. Not to mention those of us who got our food it was cooked thoroughly and had to be sent back. My mom got tired of waiting on her food so she told them to just bring hers in a to go box. She got home and saw her food was undercooked also. I hadn’t been here in years and I have no intentions on going back!

I ordered fish and shrimp. My mistake of ordering fish at a steak place. Service took forever. The food was terrible. I got to the car and vomited what I had eaten. Canned green beans, frozen fish and shrimp. I would never recommend this place and will never return. I can’t get over how bad the food was.

Very disappointing. We are visiting relatives and they suggested Logan's since it was next door to our hotel. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed. Our salads were delivered after our entrees. Service overall was very slow. Steaks were undercooked. Even paying our tabs took a long time. Understand it was busy but both the food and the service were substandard. Won't go back again..

A few friends and I dined at Logan's for our Xmas Gathering. Rolls were brought out not done. Then we were told they had no small plates for them. The glassware which appeared to be plastic was unclean. There was no sense of accountability. That's a problem for me. Logan's will not be on my list when visiting that city.
This was the worst experience that I have had the waitress did not do well at all and then they added the tip inside the bill I personally will not go back and will not recommend this restaurant to anyone

Ok so I'm from Florence originally. I live out of state now but I still visit family often. I've never ate at logans before but thought it to be a top notch place. So my table was dirty with sticky stuff. Rolls were awesome. Fried pickles and queso dip was good. My country fried steak was way to done. And since when is the gravy served in a dipping cup. The same cup that ranch or butter for rolls comes in. Loaded bake potato. What a joke. One little scoop of sour cream 6 slivers of cheese and 3 bacon crumbs. They charge extra for the loaded part. Other than that everybody else was OK with the food. 122 bucks for what we got though wasn't bad price but for the quality of it all no sir and the amount of food is pitiful for that kind of money you would.think we had something to take home for later. Needless to say I'll wait 30 minutes at Texas roadhouse for a table next time.

My husband and I ordered and dinner steak and ribs well it was horrible so I mentioned it to the manger ,he was nice and addressed the problem but gave me another meal to take care of the problem... Well to say it simple ,was sick later at home and puked it all up . Sorry but not going back
