We went in Sunday night, and chandler was our server! Our food was good, but our server made the whole experience worth it. If chandler isn’t there, you’re truly missing out on a magical experience! Would highly recommend

It was slow, we went before dinner rush. Our server as not attentive. We had to find our own silver ware from another table. She didn’t refill a drink until after we were about to leave. We had steak, and it was so salty it was not edible. It taste marinated in salt and then topped with salt with a side of salt. It ruined the steak.
However I must say they did get the medium part right! Both of our steaks have been overly salted the past two visits, and yes I told my server. She didn’t care nor offered to replace them or make it right.

When we ate there they had advertisements on every table and even outside that if get a $50 gift card you would also get a $10 bonus card. We bought one and then found out there was no $10 bonus. Then take down the advertisements for goodness sake.

If I could give negative stars I would. Took an hour and a half to get raw steaks and Mac and cheese that was still half frozen from the bag. They up charged us $3.99 to have peach flavoring added to one single sweet tea. Sent the raw steak back for it to be returned raw and cold because they never brought it up to temp, they gave me the same cup of Mac and cheese that they seemingly put in the microwave for 5 minutes and burned. When I asked for a manger to stop by the table it took him 30 minutes to come by and he did not seem to care one bit about the long wait and raw and uncooked food. He also argued with me about the $3.99 up charge for the peach flavoring which we've never been charged for in the past.
