The employees are so disrespectful and i never got my food or my money back and the manager just stood there while her goofy employees yelled and cussed at me i was being nice as i could be and as patient as i could be with them i think those employees need to learn some respect and the manger needs to start doing stuff the store was so very filthy and instead of goofing off they should be doing there jobs

It was a good experience and even though they were kind of busy, we got our order pretty fast and everything was good!

Awful customer service. Closes early, bad customer service, and the food is worse than most other McDonald’s. Save the time and go to another

I highly recommend avoiding the McDonald chains in this area. I’ve had negative experiences at all of them. It’s not worth it.

This may not be the nicest looking McDonald's around, but the staff are competent, friendly, and do their job well. My order was ready within 2 minutes of me placing it, and they had other customers. It looked busy, so I was prepared to wait. But no, it was ready lickity-split, and everything was correct. The lady even upped my drink to a large even though I only ordered a medium. All my sauces were there, which is becoming more and more of a rarity. Oh, and my nuggets were arranged so neatly in the box, I've never seen them deliberately arranged before. Most McDonald's just dump them in. The fries were also neatly placed in the bag; only 2 fell out into the bag. My only gripe is that 1 of their 2 self-serve kiosks is broken, and has been for as long as I can remember, so there is only one kiosk at the moment. If both were functional, that would raise my rating to about 4.5.

Not happy they served me pre-made breakfast sandwiches. Food and frappe was fast and accurate. Employees were nice and polite.

Trash. The staff I mean. McDonald’s is already garbage, but when you order breakfast through the app and they take so long to prepare it that they try to tell you breakfast is over and now we need to choose something else… dude it’s not my fault your employees suck. I ordered breakfast during breakfast hours. Then they want to give me “large” Big Mac combos and drink of choice for $15. They couldn’t even make a Big Mac. They literally threw the burgers in boxes, gave us small fries and only one drink. Even after telling them there were two drinks they handed one to us and told us to have a good day. Absolutely useless location. Bunch of kids that need parents to teach them how to tie their shoes and wipe their noses. Over it.

I placed an order on the McDonalds App for breakfast at 10:20am (consisting of a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese biscuit meal and a chicken biscuit meal - both with large Mocha Frappes). I arrived at the Drive-Thru window at 10:31am. They told me that they dont serve breakfast after 10:30am so I needed to pick something else instead. I tried to explain that my order had been placed over 10 minutes before the cut-off time, but was asked to pull to the pay window. After being told I would not be receiving my breakfast order, I Finally agreed to swap it out with 2 Large Big Mac meals with Mocha Frappes. I was asked to pull forward to wait on the food, understandable. When the food was brought to me, the drinks were not included. When I asked, the worker said he forgot and went back into the store. Finally he brought out 1 single Frappe and told me to have a good day. At that point I was extremely frustrated and just wanted to get home and eat, so I left the restaurant without the 2nd Frappe. After getting home, I realized that both meals are smalls and literally look like they were thrown together and thrown into the bag. This location has been on a downward spiral, I’ll be keeping my distance.

I used to go regularly with friends, because we are college students and it is affordable. For the most part, i loved the place, the workers were so sweet and the food consistent. Then, a few weeks ago, they switched managers. The new manager would be extremely irate about fixing incorrect orders, coupon administration (a friend of mine who works at mcdonald’s told me about their reciept coupons that you could use to get more food at a still reliable price, and all you had to do was provide feedback on the food! when this new manager got hired, however, they would not use the coupons presumably to save time, because all the other locations honored them), and overall really mean both to customers and her workers. As someone who’s worked this exact job, i get it girl. It’s thankless and hard. But acting so awful to others isn’t the way to go. Anyways tonight i came in, and she denied the receipt coupon. That’s okay, i removed the other coupon so make it easier after. I paid, got my food, said thank you and drove off to the parking lot to eat. When I opened the bag, i noticed one item was missing, so i thought oh no biggie i’ll just call and clear this up so i can get it fixed and go home. Upon calling, the manager immediately started speaking over me, accusing me of trying to get “free food”, name calling, and just being super mean. I tried to tell her no I was not trying to get free food, because I ordered and paid for what i had said. She said I never said that, and presumably was wrung up incorrectly. I’m thinking okay, common mishap, let’s fix it and i pay for the item again. Nope! She gets even worse and hangs up. I didn’t fully understand what had just happened so I called again, hoping that we could clarify it, and hoping it was some sort of misunderstanding because i severely doubted someone could be so almost cartoonishly mean. Wrong! She says she is calling the cops on me for “calling them twice and [using it to] harass them”. I tried to explain that was not my intent, and I just wanted to sort things out. She tells me to stop yelling?? I know i didn’t raise it, because i work with kids and people who need extra patience before, and I am trained to stay levelheaded when presumably miscommunications happen. She talks over me, insults me, and begins to say I need to come back tomorrow to speak to the other managers. I tell her I cannot do that tomorrow, because I have class, and prefer a email correspondence or phone number for virtual correspondence that fits more schedules better. She goes off again saying it’s her managers tomorrow or nobody at all, and hangs up. I’m freaking out because i’ve never had police trouble before, and was scared if i left i’d get arrested for evading. So while i waited for the police i tried to call them back to calm things down, because Ive never had police troubles and it freaked me out. I thought we could figure this out if we just had the chance to talk everyone down and agree on a solution. After a few minutes passed i wasn’t sure if they had called or not, but i was scared i’d get in trouble, I called 911 to ask if we still were expecting dispatch or if i could leave. They dispatched an officer. He came out and said the lady said coupons aren’t used like that and i need to call the number she gave me. I told him I wasn’t given a number, but if i could get it i would be happy and we could call it quits for the night. He said he couldn’t but she could be reminded to say. She came out, notably nicer than on the phone, and told me to call the number. I said she didn’t give me one, but i could write it down if she had time now. She gave it to me and said she “didn’t forgive me for tonight’s actions” and so said I am sorry but I didn’t understand and she didn’t give me the number during the call, and that i would’ve left if i got the number. She gave me the number and told the officer to have fun with me then walked off. I checked once i got home, it’s a number to a wending venue about 30 miles out into the next town. This situation and locations management is just straight wack.

This was my first time coming to this McDonald’s. Workers forgot my Crispy Chicken biscuit in my combo. So I only got a hash brown and Dr. Pepper. They also think butter is coming out of their paycheck.? They only added two to the bag. Receipt for reference.

You always take a risk at McDonald’s, but this one needs to be shut down! The employees run it and do whatever they please. They downgrade customers that are waiting on food. It’s a joke
