They don’t cook the meat the way you order it..
Did replace it and the manager brings it to your table and laughs asking you if it was right and it wasn’t. He’s not a very good manager at all. He did offer to take it back again but my husband was hungry by this time. You sever hamburger steak but you charge for the A-1.Next time I will seen it back till it’s right. We won’t be back to Florence Al
Good food but gluten allergy has been ignored on 3 visits. They do not take gluten free seriously even though they offer a gluten free bun and specify to kitchen you have an allergy. They also charge the full price of a side salad to substitute for their gluten coated fries instead of just charging the difference. Celiacs you are eating at your own risk. Recently went there with a friend for the first time. The drinks I ordered were phenomenal, the appetizer we shared was delicious. The burgers we got were underwhelming to say the least. I ordered the patty melt and it was so greasy the toast was soggy and mushy when it got to the table. The burger patty looked and tasted like any pre-patted burger you could get at Wal-Mart and wasn’t seasoned. The fries were good though.
