I had dinner with girlfriends last night and it was one of the best meals! Started with great service by Jennifer (I think was her name?!). Asked for our names then addresses us each by name all night. Nice touch for service :) She explained the menu and specials and we ordered the pierogi and burger of the month. Both delicious. Atmosphere is so cozy and cocktails, beer and wine were perfect too. They have Sunday brunch too with a Bloody Mary and mimosa bar! Highly recommend checking out this hidden gem in Florence!

Had an incredible dinner at Northwood Social- one of the best meals I’ve had in Florence. Our server Jennifer was amazing and very attentive. I’m not sure if this place is a hidden gem, but it feels like one. Will definitely be recommending to all of my friends and family and I look forward to visiting again soon.
Was looking for something different while on vacation and came across this on Yelp and it didn't disappoint! Had the Perogies and husband had the burger. Both were delicious. Definitely recommend this if you are ever in Florence.

Ron and Lindsey have created a welcoming environment w original food and drink options that the Shoals desperately deserves. It is our family’s go to choice. Highly recommend you give them a visit. Staff is great and if you are looking for something more original than corporate owned chains, this is your spot.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly environment.
We just had the best brunch at Northwood Social! I absolutely love the vibe and the owners are so incredible and accommodating. We had a little bit of a wait but the staff was very open about it and let us know ahead of time. It was a perfect day to sit on their private patio so we didn’t mind! It’s the perfect spot for brunch on Sunday and dinner during the week. We will be back and plan to make it a regular hang out!

One of my favorite spots in Florence! We love Northwood Social along with everyone else in our community. It’s so refreshing to have a couple invest so much time, energy and of course the financial side for all of us to enjoy their delicious food and welcoming atmosphere. Their specials every week are out of this world and we are frequent visitors. If you all haven’t checked them out….. you must go!

The service was terrible. We waited 2 1/2 hours on our food. We only got a $2 discount for waiting so long. The people that came in an hour after us, got their food much sooner. The waitress was not apologetic and I will NEVER be back again!! Rob needs to take note of this!

My husband and mother inlaws food was cold when it arrived. My charred romaine wasn't even grilled, they did fix me another one which was properly grilled and was delicious.Besides the cold food, it was a nice restaurant, and the service was good.My only recommendation is that if your food is cold or not properly prepared, be sure to tell them and they will make it right.
