We had a wonderful experience today! The food was great & the staff was wonderful! The fried pickles were awesome. Ordering was easy, our food was ready quickly, it was packed into the to-go boxes very neatly (which is a big deal to me because I hate for my food to just be thrown in a box when I order out!), the portions were big & the pricing was very reasonable for what we received. We were very satisfied with our experience from beginning to end!

A little gem of a restaurant just outside of Florence, Alabama. We visited Oakland Cafe and Minimart after church. My wife and I got the meat and 3. Everything but the sweet potato casserole was delicious. The casserole didn’t taste homemade but I’m also biased to my wife’s sweet potato casserole. The bathrooms are nicely decorated. A signed Gloria Gaynor press advertisement hangs in both the men’s and women’s restrooms!
Tried this for the first time. The service, and the food were both very good.It's on the Oakland community. So,. depending on where you live, if you don't mind a little drive, then it's worth it.
