Horrible experience went for lunch for my daughters 7th birthday. The waitresse was rude and slow ( it was not busy ) I told her it was my daughter's bday and she said ok. She never got her free desert. Our salad and bread sticks came out the same time our lunch did. And we had to wait 10 minutes for our togo boxes. ( Most of our noodles we clumpy and stuck together) We got fetachine Alfredo. Needless to say I'm very disappointed..

I got the lasagna last night it was so thin there was hardly any meat it was more sauce than anything and I got charged the same price I won't be going back it use to be a good portion of lasagna and plenty of meat but it really stinks now

My girlfriend and I went out for a spontaneous date after work, and our server Jeff was awesome. Totally my kind of server. Never ran out of drinks and was super personable. Thanks again Jeff!

Can we rate lower than 1 star?
There needs to be that option.
The food was late, my fiance's food wasn't warm, we had an option of a remake at which point she waits even longer vs take it off the bill at which point no food.
My fiance being the nice one said 'just reheat it and maybe a discount'.
They said they'd give a 25% discount and reheat at which point the manager personally delivers it, looking pissed off, and GUESS WHAT?!
THE FOOD WASNT TOUCHED. NO REHEAT. NOTHING.
I don't normally post reviews but when the manager comes out (bald guy, goatee for anyone who sees him), no apology, no reheated food, nothing?

Yeah I doubt we will eat here again, at least while he's employed, which fingers crossed, won't be for much longer.

We went here last night around 8:30pm. I ordered the shrimp and chicken carbonara. Everything was great until I got my main dish. It was barely warm. Obviously had been sitting for a while. My fiancee's food was piping hot so obviously they let mine sit. Ok, no big deal, let's tell the waiter. He is super sweet and apologetic and takes it back. He comes back out, obviously has been chewed out and says he can take it off my bill where I would just not have anything or remake it at which point I would be waiting another 10-15 minutes while my fiancee has already finished eating. I try not to be a problem and just ask if they can heat it up and give me a discount. He says he will ask. The manager comes out looking pissed and drops the plate back on the table and leaves without a word. The food has not been reheated. The waiter says he can give a 25% discount. I used to love this location and so surprised by the service we recieved last night. Our server was amazing but that manager must have been having a really crappy night. Maybe someone should check on him. Anyways, as sad as I am to say it, we probably wont be back.

I went for dinner for the endless soup, salad, and breadsticks with my sister. We left feeling more than satisfied after a big nutritional meal for around just 30 dollars for both of our dinners and drinks. I wanted to specifically thank our server, Brooke, during our meal she displayed the most incredible customer service I have received in a while. She went the extra mile and brought us samples of soups to try, and without us even asking she brought me and my sister Togo containers with our favorite soup in them. Our cup and bowls were never empty and Brooke was a perfect display of what it means to represent customer service in the restaurant. I hope she sees this and knows how much gratitude we had for her when we left♥️🥗 Olive Garden never disappoints. Thank you!
