Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

It used to be my absolute favorite restaurant but after my last trip it is now my least favorite restaurant because the food was absolutely horrible and overpriced.

I haven't been there in a while and probably won't be back. The service was great. I was very disappointed with the food. The soup and salad and breads ticks were good but the stuffed chicken marsala was way over cooked to the point I couldn't cut it with a knife
My wife got the chicken parmesean wasn't very flavorful and had very little sauce on it.

Lee was a phenomenal server!! He kept our drinks full, the salad coming, and made sure we were well taken care of! He was super friendly and helped our friend celebrate her birthday!!

My husband doesn’t care for Italian - so he made a selection that he didn’t care for (it tasted amazing to me) and Lee was super gracious about it.

Today’s world - finding a server like Lee- means so much! Kind, considerate, and attentive!

I didn't like their marinara or salad. Their angel hair pasta with mushroom sauce Great! Everything else was lame. Good server!

The food is not as good as it used to be I literally got a bowl full of grease. And the girls at the curbside pickup are SO rude!!!

We had a very lovely young lady as our waitress and she was just the sweetest. I believe her name was Yassica(I'm sure I'm spelling it wrong.)

Our Valentine’s Day experience at Olive Garden was the worst I’ve ever had. We expected a nice, classy dinner, but instead, it was a total disaster. The most bizarre part? They were making side salads out in the dining room—something I’ve never seen at a restaurant like this. It completely ruined the atmosphere.

Service was painfully slow. Our original server was either overwhelmed or uninterested, to the point where we had to flag down another waiter just to get anything. We ended up being there for over three hours, which is absolutely ridiculous for a casual dining experience.

To make matters worse, when it came time to settle the bill, there were issues getting it corrected, dragging the ordeal out even longer. I finally had enough and told them I wanted to leave because I felt like we were being held hostage at this point. Only then did another manager come out and say they had taken care of the bill.

Also the portion sizes have changed, Even the salad seems different.

While I appreciate that they tried to make things right, the entire experience was so frustrating that it wasn’t worth it. This was supposed to be a special night for me, my wife, my daughter, and her boyfriend, but instead, it was a complete letdown. I’ve had better experiences at Olive Garden before, but after this, I’m in no hurry to return.

They'll you can eat salads are so good.

First time being here. Very fancy. Waiter was cute and nice. Went here with 2 other people (3 in total) and had no wait for seating despite being busy. The back of my menu had a pasta stain on it and the towel napkin didn't look that clean. Food was good. Five stars despite the menu and towel thing 👍
