The staff was nice and helpful when ordering. They seemed to have it together. We ordered 2 of the last 3 egg rolls, and the front worker immediately let the cooks know.
The restaurant was clean.
The food was plentiful, hot, and fresh.
The Orange chicken and Beijing Beef were delicious! They get bonus points for having a drive thru. ;)

We went in about 4 pm They were so nice and polite everybody working there was so great and fast and helpful. It was so clean and the employees were just extra wonderful.

Absolutely love the people here! They seem to enjoy their jobs and have a good sense of humor and always absolutely take care of you, the food is of course always good and staff is always in a good mood. My personal favorite worker is Shaiya! She always brightens the mood and brings the light to that store! Idk what she’s getting paid but she needs a raise. I absolutely know I’m going to have a great time at panda when I see Shaiya!

Dietary restrictions: I have Crohn’s disease and pretty much everything I can have other than beef, so it’s pretty good for accommodations!

I ordered a bowl of what is called beef and broccoli. What I received was a ton of rice & 3 stalks of broccoli so large you couldn't get your mouth around them with two small pieces of meat. When I ask for egg rolls she replied "I'm sorry we're out of all appetizers for the night." Who does that at 8 pm? The guy at the window was rude. Never again!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I placed an online order and the payment came out of my account. It said my order would be ready in about 30 minutes. On my lunch break, when I get there, the girl at the window says “Sorry we don’t see your order”. I showed proof of payment and she says “Sorry we can’t do anything with this because the order didn’t come through”. She refused to give me the food that I paid for and when I asked to speak with a supervisor, I waited about 5 minutes for her to come back and say “Sorry my manager is on lunch”. They wouldn’t even bother to look into it for me. They said that I would have to call their point of sale system’s company to handle it. Don’t bother placing an online order unless you want your money stolen. This is theft and they should be ashamed. I will be following up with corporate on this because if a company is set up to take online orders and are allowed to collect money and not fulfill that order, that is considered theft. Absolutely disgusted with this experience.
