More often than not, the employees are very unfriendly…very unwelcoming! The last two times I went in, more than half the food items are not available! At the drive thru I ordered and was told “ we are out of that”. I ordered another item and it was “out” also. After a third time, I said “what DO you have available?” To which she responded sarcastically, “the menu is right there in front of you m’am.” My response was, “yes but apparently your menu is not accurate. Never mind. I’ll go elsewhere.” And I left without anything. Not a way to run a business.

They gave me tiny half portions because they were out of almost everything. The people working the counter were just yelling at the guy cooking who was the only one in there actually doing anything, yelling snarky remarks at the top of your lungs in front of customers is very unprofessional. They offered no help to the one guy doing all the work, while they ripped off customers because there wasn't enough food.

The girl that filled my order with the glasses was absolutely amazing! She's a outstanding employee, she deserves a raise! She was quick, precise and friendly. 👌💯

I’m not one to leave a bad review. I think Panda Express has always been mid but today just really hit home on the lack of quality and customer service. I ordered a plate, half lo mein and half fried rice through drive through, with orange chicken as well. And a chicken egg roll. Very simple in my opinion. I got a full lo mein, half orange chicken and the other half some shrimp thing, no egg roll and a flat Coke. No receipt was given but I paid $20 bucks. Called to ask for a refund and was told “not if you don’t have your receipt” and well I wasn’t given one. Anyways the lo mein was hard and stuck together. And the chicken was hard as well No more panda for me

The staff was nice and helpful when ordering. They seemed to have it together. We ordered 2 of the last 3 egg rolls, and the front worker immediately let the cooks know. The restaurant was clean. The food was plentiful, hot, and fresh. The Orange chicken and Beijing Beef were delicious! They get bonus points for having a drive thru. ;)

Absolutely love the people here! They seem to enjoy their jobs and have a good sense of humor and always absolutely take care of you, the food is of course always good and staff is always in a good mood. My personal favorite worker is Shaiya! She always brightens the mood and brings the light to that store! Idk what she’s getting paid but she needs a raise. I absolutely know I’m going to have a great time at panda when I see Shaiya!
Dietary restrictions: I have Crohn’s disease and pretty much everything I can have other than beef, so it’s pretty good for accommodations!
