Panera Bread Reviews
My cheddar/broccoli soup was very thin, as if it had been watered down to go further. Taste good, just watered down! My hot steak sandwich had very little meat between the bread. One half had about 5-6 pieces about the size of a nickel and very thin. The other half had one piece about half the size of the bread, so thin you could see through it! My daughter got a chicken salad, but she had to go back up and ask for the chicken cause there was none on her salad. My wife and son-n-law...read full review
Penera may have a good rating in the kitchen area, but the eating and restrooms are filthy!!! OMG!
I purchase the unlimited coffee plan. It has been weeks since I've been able to use it.
Why pay for something you cannot use because their machine is ALWAYS broken?

Panera Bread is a restaurant with friendly staff and quick service. The menu items are on the pricey side, but the food is good and delicious. The menu offers a variety of options, including sandwiches, salads, and a kids menu. Some favorite menu items include the Asiago Sausage Egg Sandwich and the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. However, some customers have experienced disappointing meals, such as the Chipotle Chicken Scrambled Egg Avocado sandwich, which did not match the menu image and had a small portion of chicken and avocado. Despite this, the restaurant is known for its hot and tasty food, making it a good option for breakfast or lunch.
Recent visits revealed that the restaurant can be very dirty, with no clean tables available and a lack of staff at the order desk. The restaurant is also very old and in need of remodeling. Sometimes, the experience is a hit or miss; for example, during one visit, the food was tasty, but the buzzer did not work, though staff called out orders. The space is usually quiet, making it a good place to study or relax while enjoying a sandwich or soup. Some customers noted that their tea was watered down, and their sandwiches had cold or unmelted ingredients, but they appreciated watching families with babies while they ate.
