We ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit and a bacon egg cheese McGriddle with extra cheese. We were given two biscuits, opened the wrapper to make sure. We told them about the mixup. The kid had a huge attitude about it and demanded one of the sandwiches back that we had touched. As two people who work in retail food service, this is a HUGE Nono. The counter/window is one way, food contamination! What if he re serves that?? Anyway, the McGriddle they then gave us was not extra cheese....read full review
I get it, it’s a lunch rush but I’ve been back when the location wasn’t busy and the same woman just flung the food out the window. Zero friendliness whatsoever. And made no eye contact. And my fries were
